Meaning most legislation is passed by referendum

The military is heavily involved in government
And the Monarch is elected by the people

Devolution of powers is very much in place also
the state takes priority over all issues and it’s needs the state owns everything and can cease everything but supports the free market also

I should also add that in the past we were a Confederation of kingdoms then a democratic federation then a transitional state meaning we were democratic in name and action but no one was actually elected then a military dictatorship then stratocracy then our current era of a mixture of all our previous government styles,

I should add that we operate with a 3 house legislator
1 is house of chiefs and religious leaders who play and advisory role but can still heavily influence the way thing go in that they can call for a referendum to let the people decide and can also keep legislation from passing

2 is elected leaders military and non military “yes soldiers have to be elected” the real people who make the laws and who overall are the only ones that can curb the monarchs powers.

3 is all the judges in the nation meaning our Supreme Court acts as part of our legislator but is actually directly controlled be the chief of all the courts being the nations executive elected monarch who has extensive reserve powers that he/she can use at any time but is obligated by honor to not use them
