1. The Isle of Luca will concede defeat to the assembled allies.

2. The Isle of Luca will give up all claims on allied territories in the Caribbean, including but not limited to Panama

3. The Isle of Luca will Release the Jamaican Islands as a co-protectorate under the assembled allies

4. The Assembled allies will agree to the creation of a organization to the keeping of peace, this Organization shall be known as the United Nations, this organization shall be split into a general assembly, which every world nation shall have a say in, and the security council, which shall have 5 permanent members at the time of creation consisting of the Assembled Allies.

5. Isle of Luca will pay Coltpower 1.8 Billion for damages.

6. A constitutional monarchy will be established in Luca.

7. Allied forces will patrol Luca for 6 months

8. The Assembled Allies will get 50% off on the cost of going through the canal

9. Havana will be controlled by a UN mandated peacekeeping force the UNHF
