There is a strict procedure that all embassy requests must follow in order to be approved. There are three mandatory requirements that the region must meet in order for the request to be considered:

1. The region must have ten or more WA nations residing within it.
2. The region must have a minimum of 30 endorsements overall.
3. The region must have been founded a minimum of four months before the request is sent. (Regions that use Pyramid in their Discord server, have done so for at least a week, and intend on continuing to do so, are exempt from this specific criterion.)

Once these conditions are met, the following application must be filled out and sent to Ventus imperatoris by telegram:

What is the name of your region?

What relationship has Tempest previously had with your region?

Why should Tempest build an embassy with your region?

What future goals does your region have in terms of development, and how do they involve building embassies with Tempest?

Once your application has been sent, the Founder will organise a debate within each Chamber, and then a vote a few days after. If both Chambers vote with a majority in favour of building embassies, then the request will be accepted. If only one Chamber votes with a majority in favour of building embassies, then the Founder will make the final decision (note: the Founder holds veto powers regardless). If neither Chamber votes with a majority in favour of building embassies, then the request will be denied, and you will be encouraged to read the debate on the Tempest Discord Server.
