Establishment: Under order of the Coopetition Agreement
The Syndicate Oversight & Management Authorities are the executive offices of the Chairman of Nedea. The offices are tasked with enforcing corporate law, overseeing the Syndicate, and settling disputes between the Board. At the head of the SOMAs is the Chairman of Nedea. The Chairman is appointed by the Board requiring 5/8 yay votes. The current Chairman of Nedea is Drake Fairtrade.
