Official Statement of the Risk Universalis IV Government

In an emergency meeting called in the Capital City of Alasdir, Ben Simmons addressed the Parliament with a plan of action in case the status of Risk universalis iv is threatened by any of the current conflicts. The Progressive Risk Party, the majority party led by Ben Simmons, authored a plan of action in any case Risk Universalis IV is dragged into war.

Ben Simmons opened with the statement that Risk Universalis will not falter in the face of war and divide, and urges the nations of Kepler 22b and Crazybloxian Empire to seek diplomatic solutions with their enemies, rather than war. Urging all involved parties to find a way to stop this division in the region to protect us from foreign raiders. He also said that if no diplomatic solution is found, foreigners will divide us even more, and will ruin a region once in its peak.

Ben Simmons stated that "the unity of the Risk State will matter more than ever, so does the unity of Force, granted that we are threatened by foreign raids."

In a lengthy speech in the Parliament, Ben Simmons addressed the main goals of the bill, and asked the Parliament to vote in favor of it. The Bill in question reads,

1. Risk Universalis shall activate all reserves, and to re-activate the nation's classified military research. Purposing the research to have use against any aggressor nation.

2. Risk Universalis shall formally go to war with the Crazybloxian Empire, citing its threat posed to national security.

3. Nuclear Stockpiles will be re-activated, and further research on Nuclear Capabilities will be granted.

4. Risk Universalis will officially declare a travel ban to the following nations: Crazybloxian Empire and Renegalle for the safety of their citizens in case war emerges. The Risk Universalis Government also is beginning a mass evacuation program from the Crazybloxian Empire.

5. Risk Universalis will increase foreign spending and the expenditure on the Military and Defense Forces. With enforced daily Nuclear Attack Drills.

6. The Monarchy will be relocated to a secret bunker. The Parliament will also be connected to a secret bunker in Karsotum.

7. Risk Universalis will deploy 4,000,000 troops in the nation of Renegalle to help protect them against foreign aggressors. Another 5,000,000 troops will be deployed throughout Risk Universalis IV to ensure its safety.

The Bill was passed 412-30-8. With the Libertarian Front of Risk advocating against the bill. With 18 of its 22 party members voting against the bill. With this bill passed, all points in the bill will go into full effect. Ben Simmons adjourned the meeting by stating. "No aggressor will fracture the spirits of Risk Universalis IV in any circumstances or in any threat they give."

Parliament Reaction to the bill passing was mostly popular, with Conservative MP Troy Richardson saying that "This bill gives Risk Universalis new hope in dealing with foreign aggressors. Never has an incident like this occured to our nation. This is our time to prove our might." Meanwhile, Libertarian Front MP Sasha Grey saying, "I do not think we need to interfere, once they're done they will be gone. No threat to us whatsoever."

The Monarchy in an address to the nation applauded the efforts and the determination of the Parliament and the Nation to help resolve this conflict. They also ask the Parliament to help open up negotiations with the nations who are in hostilities, to allow peace for the region. After this address, they were seen leaving Arnault St. of Alasdir, where their official residence is located.

EDIT: The 7th point of the Bill has been modified to exclude Quincet as there is no reason to send units to them as of yet. All forces serving in Quincet have been redirected to Renegalle to aid in their efforts against the Crazybloxian Empire. As of now, no official statement has been said regarding what units will be sent to Quincet or Kepler 22B.
