Security Council Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 263
Liberate Confederation of Corrupt Dictators
A resolution to strike down Delegate-imposed barriers to free entry in a region.
The Security Council,
Disgusted by the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators's open embrace of fascists and self-identification as such;
Observing without surprise that Confederation of Corrupt Dictators maintains diplomatic ties with several Nazi regions, including one previously liberated by this Assembly;
Concerned that Confederation of Corrupt Dictators may serve to indoctrinate new nations into fascism and similar abhorrent ideologies;
Exasperated by the region's previous attempt to commend themselves;
Aware that Confederation of Corrupt Dictators currently has an Executive Founder;
Hoping to warn both Confederation of Corrupt Dictators and future regions from promoting fascism, other such ideologies, and blatant use of this Assembly as recruitment and ego-boosting;
This Security Council hereby liberates Confederation of Corrupt Dictators.

Security Council Resolution # 264
Condemn Chan Island
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
The World Assembly,
Aware that national leaders across the multiverse are constantly confronted with dilemmas that present no good solution or whose outcomes unexpectedly negatively impact their countries;
Convinced that the source of many of these problems are the covert operations of a single nation, who acts to unleash chaos and mayhem onto the multiverse;
Presenting the nation of Chan island (which has re-branded itself in a desperate attempt to escape the crimes of its former regime Annihilators of chan island), a nation whose desire to spread chaos across all nations is so great that few leaders have been spared the vexation of dealing with its actions;
Shocked to trace at least twenty-four distinct covert operations that impact nations across the multiverse to the regime (fifteen originating from the Annihilators of Chan Island, nine from Chan Island);
Finding each unearthed effort more reprobate and villainous than the last, but, for the sake of brevity, summarizing a few of the most heinous as follows:
Operation: That Sinking Feeling - wherein Annihilators of Chan Island were ultimately responsible for the sinking of a passenger ship, killing all occupants while making international emergency services look completely inept;
Operation: Police on Overkill Mode? - wherein Annihilators of Chan Island encouraged internal discord in various nations by highlighting and exaggerating police brutality;
Operation: Dial L for Loan - wherein Annihilators of Chan Island covertly encouraged cash-strapped nations to take advantage of weaker states for national gain, thus fomenting international strife;
Operation: Have War Crimes, Will Travel - wherein Annihilators of Chan Island secretly encouraged world leaders to violate international safe conduct passes in an effort to make an unfavorable environment for international diplomacy;
Operation: Guided Missiles and Misguided Men - wherein Chan Island repeatedly leaked information in order to force national leaders into the impossible position of either killing innocent children in a drone strike or letting an infamous terrorist escape;
Operation: So... That Worked - wherein Chan Island encouraged civil wars in nations across the multiverse;
Noting the Annihilators of Chan Island's direct assistance in the occupation and destruction of numerous regions including:
Occupational support of The Brotherhood of Malice's occupation in St Abbaddon;
Occupational support of The Black Riders' occupations in the Mountains to the East and Atheist Empire prior to the organization's well-deserved destruction;
Occupational support of DEN's occupations in Paradoxia, GTA Forums, Power Is Rising, and Japan, among many others prior to that organization's well-deserved destruction;
Clarifying that Annihilators of Chan Island was not a participant in the use of illegal super-weapons by the latter two organizations;
Concluding that some nations seed chaos in the multiverse merely for the pleasure of watching it burn and that such nations must not go unchallenged by this august body;
Co-Authored by Lord Dominator.

Security Council Resolution # 265
Commend Minoa
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
This Security Council,
RECOGNIZING the nation of Minoa's major contributions to the World Assembly and the international community,
NOTING that as the nation of Charlotte Ryberg; Minoa passed numerous General Assembly resolutions, some of which include,
-"Humanitarian Aid Coordination" which creates the International Humanitarian Aid Coordination Committee (IHACC) and mandates that disaster plans be in place among other things,
- Repeal: "Disaster Preparedness Act" which unfairly penalized members for deploying their own disaster response efforts and for lack of a funding program for member states,
-"Reducing Problem Gambling" which promoted responsible gambling and helped individuals with the negative effects of gambling,
-"International Postal Union" which sought to transform the effectiveness of international postal delivery by creating the International Postal Union and guarantee uniform handling and delivery of postal items among member states,
ACKNOWLEDGING that as the nation of Charlotte Ryberg, Minoa maintained a list of passed Security Council resolutions from about 2009 to 2015, thus making access to passed resolutions more expeditious for fellow nations; and which remains maintained by others to this day,
IMPRESSED that the government of Minoa created and maintained for the last five years an international database of information they dubbed as NSIndex, which strives to provide objective and factual information to nations across the international community;
FURTHER NOTING that Minoa faithfully maintains one of several well-known databases used for tracking the political issues and their effects; and that Minoa directly took on the issue of Microchipping technology and how it could be dealt with in member states.
BELIEVING that Minoa deserves to be acknowledged for their hard work and dedication to the world community and that Minoa's legacy will be a positive testament to future generations,
HEREBY commends Minoa.

Security Council Resolution # 266
Commend Xoriet
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The Security Council:
Acknowledging the estimable impact that Xoriet, a power house nation and mentor, has had on the NationStates community over six years;
Recognizing the nations crucial role in shaping the East Pacific, as their former WA Delegate and member, by:
Aiding in developing and promoting activity in the region, through all branches of government; over a lengthy time period;
Enhancing the region's foreign affairs including providing guidance on treaties with TNP, Osiris, and Taijitu and forging unofficial relations across the ideological spectrum;
Building and gaining positive international prestige for the region and setting the region on a course that resounds positively today;
Appreciating the nation's leadership skills in leading the Eastern Pacific Sovereign Army (EPSA) to its golden age and making it one of the preeminent militaries of its time, which included such tasks as:
Capturing Nazi Europa in 2014 in unison with 11 other organizations;
Defending the European Union in 2014 from a joint raid by TBH, TBR, UIAF;
Cooperating with every major feeder and sinker military in 2014;
Hitting 100 detags per week during that time period;
Growing EPSA membership to a high of 20 military members;
Helping organize the 60 nations needed to liberate Anne Frank from the fascist occupiers in December 2014;
And successfully completing 315 individual operations between March 2014 and April 2015;
Observing that the nation has produced a veritable library of material on a variety of scholarly topics including safety, security, writing, politics amongst others that have been well received at international conventions such as the NationStates World Fair (NSWF);
Respecting the efforts made by Xorietian philosophers in writing and publishing well-received guides on how nations may better interact;
Lauding their role in leading the way in establishing guidelines for a safer NS community through the recognition and prevention of abuse as well as how to escape from it;
Believing that puppet nations of Xoriet have always striven to engage in military action with the utmost integrity and that the nation has had an important impact on the military dynamic as a leader: for example, in addition to leadership and intelligence roles, the nation was the most active among nations in the restoration of regions damaged by raids to their former state during the summer of 2014 and reached several such milestones over their military career.
Remarking that the military capability of the nation Anera, a nation under the control of Xoriet, resulted in the revival of Lone Wolves United so it reached a high of 70 ops and 22 members;
Impressed that the nation has estimable intel knowledge and intelligence networks and is responsible for being a power broker in international relations as well as training and mentoring new power brokers;
Honoring the nation's leadership, innovations, and Xoriet's role as an invaluable mentor to prominent nations, including several WA Delegates and founders, and their ability to develop connections and maintain relationships between nations and regions;
Hereby commends Xoriet.

Security Council Resolution # 267
Repeal: “Liberate The East Pacific”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #247 “Liberate The East Pacific” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
THE SECURITY COUNCIL:
AWARE that SC#247, a light-hearted and admittedly symbolic jibe at The East Pacific's (TEP) then-government penned by a vassal state of United Massachussetts (now TEP's Minister of World Assembly Affairs), focused almost entirely on the actions of then-WA Delegate Queen yuno (Yuno) at the cost of virtually ignoring the manoeuvres of other TEP officials; its arguments shall be fully refuted below;
RECALLING that a new administration led by WA Delegate Fedele (which has, similarly to Yuno, expressed their support for a repeal of SC#247) came into force in TEP in October 2018, which was quick to change TEP's colour scheme from pink to a more traditional green, as well as both lifting the old ban on emigration and removing bans for those nations that had left TEP upon their request;
OBSERVING that, despite Yuno having previously been a Sergeant in The Black Hawks as well as a major influence in moulding The West Pacific's modern military, neither region ever capitalised on Yuno's year-long delegacy to hijack TEP and there was certainly no conspiracy amongst raiders to truly wreak merry hell upon it during this time; indeed, the East Pacific Sovereign Army has remained able to be flexible between invasion and defence;
ADAMANT, therefore, that the first three points that this august body used to liberate TEP - i.e. that it banned emigration, used the colour of pink on its official documents, and was allegedly in thrall to The Black Hawks and The West Pacific - are now of little or no significance in light of a recent East Pacifican changing of the guard; but
BELIEVING that it is standard practice for a feeder Delegate to send out many mass telegrams that might be relevant to other nations' day-to-day cultural experience (such as informing them about new, fun regional events) or to bear many endorsements to keep their region secure; the fact that they do so should not be isolated to paint them as evil tyrants out to defeat their underlings with their verbosity and voting power; and
CONCLUDING that many of the arguments made in SC#247, whilst delightfully humourous, must be seen in both the historical context in which they applied as well as in the modern era, where they are now less visible:
HEREBY REPEALS SC#247 "Liberate The East Pacific."
