Security Council Resolution #205 “Liberate Dank memes” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The Security Council,

Acknowledging that Security Council Resolution #205 was passed for the purposes of preventing Dank Memes from being refounded while being invaded,

Noting that the aforementioned resolution only had to be passed due to naive carelessness by the native delegate La navasse,

Observing that the region Dank Memes is now under the permanent control of non-native occupants,

Recognizing that this situation came about as a result of numerous blunders by former delegate La Navasse and the region's invader occupants,

Illuminating the fact that La Navasse subsequently released a dispatch to the world in which they claimed fascist forces would allegedly help refound Dank Memes,

Emphasizing a specific part of the statement which said "Dank Memes shall become a fascist state and provide military assistance" to those fascists "eternally",

Bringing Attention to the fact that Dank Memes was never returned to La Navasse following this misguided deal,

Believing that since the region of Dank Memes has been permanently refounded there is little value for a Liberation continuing to exist,

Hereby Repeals Security Council Resolution #205 "Liberate Dank Memes".

The Security Council,

Believing that Tsunamy, a nation founded in the earliest days of the South Pacific, has gone beyond the call of duty in their phenomenal service to their home region,

Recalling a natural disaster in 2003 that facilitated a coup d'etat of the newly formed Coalition of the South Pacific by The xyz affair and the resulting dissolution of the Coalition's primogenital Delegate nation Killer monkeys, a crisis through which Tsunamy valiantly led restoration efforts by seeking foreign assistance through diplomacy, establishing a new regional forum, and salvaging the Coalition's Charter that had previously been stored in Killer monkeys' jurisdiction,

Further recalling Tsunamy's subsequent roles in defeating coup d'etat attempts of the Coalition by Milograd in 2013, in which Tsunamy tirelessly engaged fellow nations to garner support, and by Hileville in 2016, in which Tsunamy was materially involved in negotiations and, following the failure of the attempt, was entrusted by the region to lead a special Cabinet overseeing reconciliation efforts and a Great Council,

Impressed by the varied positions, both elected and appointed, that Tsunamy has held with distinction in the Coalition of the South Pacific, including Minister of Intelligence, Member of the Council for State Security, Member of the Council on Regional Security, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Vice President, Special Advisor to the Cabinet, Chair of the Assembly, Editor-in-Chief of South Pacific Independent News and later the South Pacific Independent News Network, and most notably the World Assembly Delegate, holding that position a total of three times for a combined 777 days,

Highlighting that Tsunamy has played a key role in security, both of the Coalition itself as well as the nations contained therein, starting with their role as Minister of Intelligence in 2004 and continuing to this day as tenured member of the Council on Regional Security,

Noting further that the regional forums of the Coalition have been supervised by Tsunamy for most of the Coalition's existence (from 2003 to 2012 as well as from 2014 onwards),

Fascinated by Tsunamy's relentless drive for grassroots democratic involvement of all nations in the South Pacific, the fruits of which are seen most notably in the innovative Local Council, now a core component of South Pacifican democracy, which encourages and allows all nations in the South Pacific to contribute to their governance without requiring membership on the regional forums,

Deeply convinced that their advice to up-and-coming nations, their pragmatic approaches to problem-solving, and their conviction in reaching decisions through consensus, have significantly shaped South Pacifican culture in immeasurably positive ways,

Grateful that a nation with such an astounding record of service to their region continues to be an inspiration to other nations both in the South Pacific and abroad,

Hereby Commends Tsunamy.

The Security Council,

Recognizing that the MT Army was founded as the armed wing of Mariner Trench on June 22, 2003, and has been a dedicated and widely-respected anti-fascist and anti-Nazi military force over the past fourteen years;

Emphasizing the importance of the MT Army, which worked alongside the Pacific Defenders, also known as Anti Nazi Alliance, in the early-to-mid-2000s as the vanguard of antifascist and anti-Nazi military efforts;

Pointing to the MT Army's invaluable contributions to the fight against hatred throughout NationStates, which includes

• the destruction of hate-filled regions such as The URAP, an ancient Nazi region that had been a member of The Aryan Army;

• assisting with the destruction of NAZI EUROPE in June 2014 and with the destruction of the Greater German Reich in November 2015, which had formerly been the largest and most detestable Nazi regions in the world;

• administering Antifa, an association of antifascist military-focused regions, through the MT Army Leader Vippertooth33's control of its founding nation;

• protecting the legacy of antifascist action in the world, including helping to maintain the region Genesis Defense Project and serving as custodians of Anti Nazi Alliance, which, like the MT Army, were both leaders in the antifascist struggle; and

• maintaining control of hundreds of shut-down former Nazi regions as an ever-expanding museum against hate;

Pointing further to the MT Army's influence, support, guidance, and inspiration to later generations of antifascist militaries, such as

• The Red Fleet and Korean Peoples Army, which have been recognized by Vippertooth33 as the third generation and current torchbearers of Antifa, which the MT Army continues to shape; and

• the antifascist movement known as Ruining Nazi Sandcastles, with which the MT Army continues to regularly collaborate;

Insisting that the MT Army's current activities indicate a continuing commitment by the MT Army to the mission it established for itself over a decade ago, and that this long-term dedication to its cause is deserving of recognition; hereby

Vehemently Commends The MT Army.

The Security Council,

Noting that Texas was formed barely one month after NationStates was created in late 2002, making it one of the oldest extant regions and among the first 100 regions.

Applauding that despite its age Texas has been able to maintain an active community through the use of its forum and weekly chats.

Acknowledging that shortly after its founding Texas formed an alliance, known as the Triumvirate, with two other communities, The Heartland and Wysteria, that still exists to this day, making it the longest lasting alliance in the world.

Thanking Texas for its dedication to the protection of others through its military, the Texas Defense Force(TDF), which has existed for over 15 years and is one of the oldest militaries in the world.

Praising Texas’s military for completing over 250 successful missions that freed native communities from enemy forces including:

· The defense of 10000 Islands in November 2003 against Empire of Power forces. This allowed 10000 Islands to live on and eventually form TITO, the Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization, which was also recognized by SC#30 for its substantial contributions to NationStates.

· The liberations of Hell, Philippines, India, and Italia from invader forces numbering no less than 40 enemies each between 2003 and 2007.

· The five deployments to Lazarus, including the stabilization of the region after it was taken by Lone Wolves United in October 2005; The liberation against the Azaean Combine in 2007; The liberation against twelve raider organizations in August 2008; The liberation of Lazarus from the forces of The New Inquisition in November 2008; The counter-coup in 2015 against the New Lazarene Order, an occupation led by the New Pacific Order which was condemned in SC#174, SC#175, SC#176, SC#177, and its government has since apologized for.

· The deployment of their forces four times to the aid of The Rejected Realms(TRR), including the single day occupations of Red Kagran, delegate of Taijitu (2007); Emperor Matthuis, delegate of The North Pacific (2007); Aegara, delegate of Grand Central (2010); and their deployment to TRR after The Black Hawks conquered Illuminati in March 2017.

· The deployment of their forces to Osiris after the creation of the sinker region in October 2011, allowing the community to choose their own government without the threat of outside pressure and possibly its destruction before it could decide its fate.

· The assistance of the TDF in the liberation of Philippines on December 23, 2017 in a joint operation of thirteen organizations to beat The Black Hawks, which put natives back in control of the region before Christmas.

Believing that the community of Texas should also be recognized for the contributions it has made to the world as a whole, with eight passed General Assembly resolutions as well as three passed historical resolutions in the World Assembly's predecessor.

Admiring the Delegation of Texas for voting in 1277 consecutive votes in the World Assembly and its predecessor the UN , a record unrivaled by any other region.

Convinced that the community of Texas should be recognized for its outstanding contributions to NationStates as a whole,
