Security Council Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 20
Condemn Greater Tezdrian
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
The Security Council,
COMMITTING itself to diplomatic efforts to end international servitude -- a commitment which current General Assembly (GA) legislation demands from member nations,
RECONGNIZING that Greater Tezdrian is the founder and the continued leader of the International Association of Slave Exporting Nations (IASEN),
NOTING that member nations of the IASEN are not obligated to comply to General Assembly legislation as the first clause of the IASEN Code of Rules demands that all [IASEN members] must resign from the World Assembly,
PROTESTING the IASENs marketing and promotion of their so-called noble practice of slavery,
AWARE that the IASEN operates through various storefronts and trade auctions across the world with an excess of over sixty-six million slaves in its possession,
DENOUCING the IASENs variation of National Sovereignty as a flimsy international excuse to abuse and ignore human and civil rights that were protected by anti-slavery GA legislation,
AFFIRMING that Greater Tezdrian and the IASEN have promoted an even worse reputation for national sovereignists regarding human and civil rights,
APPRECIATING the gallant opposition to the IASEN by WA members including Ozymos, Orlkjestad, Kelanis, Uregrea, Windica and former and non-WA members including Ostronopolis, New chalcedon, Questers, Santheres, Allemande, Ralkovia, Marzeron, Hardenburgh and troops from the World Anti-Slavery Organization (WASO) and the Oceanic Defense Coalition (ODECON),
UNDERSTANDING that the aforementioned and highly celebrated upholders of human rights took various actions against the IASEN including
The seizure of slave ships,
Engagements of war,
Trade embargos, and economic sanctions,
Cease and Desist orders,
Anti-Slavery Coalitions,
Financial compensation and incentive for the freedom of the slaves,
ACCEPTING that a condemnation of the IASEN and its unrighteous founder is the very least that the World Assembly can do as an international entity dedicated to improving worldwide human and civil rights,
DEEPLY CONCERNED that the spread of servitude, and the reversal of existing liberties is imminent without early and responsive action towards this growing problem,
HEREBY CONDEMNS Greater Tezdrian.

Security Council Resolution # 21
Commend Imagey Nation
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
THE WORLD ASSEMBLY:
NOTING that, to date, the Free Land of Imagey Nation's extremely successful thread, If you want a seal or logo, has received over 30 000 views and 1 000 responses, to which Imagey Nation has replied quickly, politely, and professionally regarding the creation of nation-specific images;
AWESTRICKEN by the meticulous care, precision, attention to detail, and overall creative genius Imagey Nation puts into his work and also by, not only the artistic and realistic value but the originality of the work,
FURTHER NOTING that Imagey Nation's image thread has been arguably the most successful thread of its kind on NationStates, and without it, images used for role-playing would be both few in number and poor in quality;
ACKNOWLEDGING that these seals, logos, communiqué templates, flags, and other related illustrations produced by Imagey Nation have almost always been received with positive feedback and responses of great thanks, and are still used significantly by the nations that Imagey Nation has been commissioned by;
FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGING that despite being busy, Imagey Nation has had a history of commitment to his thread, and of creating images for the nations that commission him quickly and diligently, and is always willing to further amend his work to suit the ever-changing demands of his patrons, whom he does not charge;
The World Assembly hereby officially presents The Free Land of Imagey Nation with a World Assembly Commendation for outstanding artistic contributions to the international community of NationStates.

Security Council Resolution # 22
Condemn Ninja Pirate awesome town
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
The World Assembly,
NOTING that Ninja Pirate awesome town has recently created well over 250 puppet nations, boosting their region's ranking of population in the world to 18;
UNDERSTANDING that this move is legal, yet disappointing, unsportsmanlike, and dishonest to others;
NOTING that through two main "puppetmasters", Ninja Pirate awesome town has been using these (at the very least) 250 nations to release false propaganda and spam other regions, nations, and message boards several times, decrease other regions' integrity, and threatening other regions' cultural heritage;
FURTHER NOTING that among the regions affected by this is Imperium Sine Fine;
FURTHER UNDERSTANDING that spam and harassment shouldn't be reasons for a condemnation, as there have already been several bans on this issue, but, rather, the other actions of the region, such as the irritating puppet nations and constant annoyances in general;
BELIEVING that the actions of Ninja Pirate awesome town should be condemned;
HEREBY CONDEMNS Ninja Pirate awesome town for utilising unfair advantages, spam, harassment, and false propaganda.

Security Council Resolution # 23
Repeal: “Condemn Ninja Pirate awesome town”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #22 “Condemn Ninja Pirate awesome town” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The World Assembly,
Affirming the existence of higher regulatory powers known as "Game Moderators" whose job it is to warn, delete, and ban offending nations,
Acknowledging that these higher powers have established the "Getting Help Request" as a means by which they may be petitioned for aid,
Aware that the offenses of spam and harassment mentioned in "Condemn Ninja Pirate awesome town" fall under the purview of the aforementioned Game Moderators and not of the World Assembly,
Admitting that Ninja Pirate awesome town consists of a great number of puppet nations when it is not being raided,
Still somewhat annoyed at the use of puppets to artificially inflate the population of a region,
Asserting, however, that the simple presence of puppets in a region does not merit the world's attention nor a permanent entry into the legislative record of the World Assembly,
Encouraging all nations to deal with spam and harassment through the appropriate channel of a "Getting Help Request" rather than asking the World Assembly to give such miscreants a badge and eternal world-wide fame,
Repeals "Condemn Ninja Pirate awesome town".

Security Council Resolution # 24
Condemn Great Nepal
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
The Security Council,
RECOGNIZING Great nepal as an oppressive dictatorship.
NOTING that Great Nepal grants little to no political rights to its population, along with subjecting citizens to cruel punishment.
INSULTED by the fact the the United Kingdom of Great Nepal made a mockery of the World Assembly and its resolutions by actively and fully participating in the slave trade while it was still a member of the World Assembly.
HORRIFIED that Great Nepal has committed, and admitted to abusing the population in ways such as:
a. Executing children in schools of all grade levels for being suspected of "bullying."
b. Killing all children before the age of four suspected to be homosexual, even though it would be near impossible to know at that young age, and only allowing children to live if they pay currency to the government.
c. Using child slaves for labor purposes.
FURTHER REALIZING that Great Nepal has shown itself to be a threat to other nations through actions such as:
a. Actively searching for cheap nuclear weapons for offensive purposes.
b. Threatening to use and has actively used these cheap nuclear weapons on both WA and non-WA nations alike.
c. Creating and purchasing viruses and biological weapons.
d. Using newly founded nations as testing sites for nuclear weapons.
HEREBY Condemns Great Nepal
