Proposed by: Kuriko
The esteemed Security Council of the World Assembly,
AWARE that commendations are pieces of legislation meant to memorialize nations or regions for accomplishments and good deeds;
BELIEVING that one such nation, by the name of Frattastan ii, also known as Frattastan or Fratt, is highly deserving of recognition for their services not only to The Rejected Realms but to countless other regions throughout NationStates;
THANKING Frattastan ii for the seven years they have dedicated to The Rejected Realms, where they have served multiple roles in the regional government and provided outstanding contributions to the community including:
A term of 399 days as World Assembly Delegate and Head of State between April 5, 2013 and May 9, 2014. In this capacity Frattastan II oversaw multiple changes to the regional constitution which expanded the powers of the head of state, as well as setting terms for regional officer elections and increasing the majority needed to appoint a nation to the Citizenship Council. The Rejected Realms also adopted a stance of being a defender-aligned region after years of neutrality.
Overseeing the signing of the XYZ Treaty between The Rejected Realms, Lazarus, Renegade Islands Alliance, and Mordor during their tenure as delegate. Frattastan II also oversaw the passage of the Regional Holidays Act, as well as the adoption of the regional flag that is still in use today all during their tenure as Delegate and Head of State in The Rejected Realms.
Serving from December 2017 to August 2018 as Officer of Foreign Affairs, where they oversaw the writing of at least three treaties between The Rejected Realms and various other regions. One term as the second sitting President of San Francisco Bay Area after it was recovered from raider hands by Sedgistan, as well as one term each of being the Secretary of Interior and Secretary of Defense for San Francisco Bay Area.
Many important positions within The FRA, also known as The Founderless Regions Alliance, where they served two terms as Arch Chancellor, eight terms as Chief of Defense, four terms as Minister of Information, and one term as Vice Chancellor.
COGNIZANT that Frattastan ii, under both their original home nation of Frattastan and their current home nation of Frattastan II, have contributed to both the security of founderless regions and the cause of defending immensely over the 11 years of their existence by:
Creating and leading the 21st San Francisco Bay Area Army, which merged into the FRA Rangers when the region joined the FRA on April 22nd, 2012.
