The ancient Zantanari culture is largely believed to be what the Zanfa and Zanari cultures diverged from. What is known about the older culture is incomplete, as what little writing there is was written well after the fact. What is known is that the genetically closest culture to the Zantanari, and by extension the Zanfa and Zanari, are the Jentrians from the distant island country of Jentria. Due to this, the two countries have tried their best to strengthen the relationship between each other.
