Dr. Bryndas Heydrussen, Genetic Scientist
Dr. Heydrussen works in a secret lab in the Yellow Star Republic. Her research and findings are breakthroughs in genetic research. She works towards the betterment of humanity, hoping that her projects will lead to cancer cures and medical innovations, as well as revolutionary prosthetic alternatives. While aware of the military and wartime applications of her work, that is not her aim. However, in order to continue to receive funding, manpower and materials she must work with the government, under the watchful eye of the RLO. She ultimately hopes to thwart the government's plans to twist her work to malevolent purposes, but hasn't quite figured out how to do that. Her overseers are very intrusive. Her first step was Internationally publishing some of her findings and now she is paying the price for that transgression.
