The Language of World Trade

I'm so sorry for this waffling on a bit, but I just had so much I wanted to get out of my head.

World Trade is a tri-lingual country, although two of its languages are very similar.
The first language, and the one used on most official documents, is Millennial Earth English, a form of English spoken mostly in Britain from ~2000 to 2150. It was the language of many countries around that time, and the most spoken on Earth. It is now, unfortunately, a dying language, with only World Trade and Wagadoa speaking it in the current year.
The other official language of World Trade is called Эsskиy. Its origins can be traced back to the founding of World Trade when Britain invaded Russia in 2054 and installed a new government. Many English settlers moved to the new land and called for the independence of their city, Elizabeth City. Since their independence, they annexed Russia and thus were forced to mingle with the Russians. Over the past 400 years, the Russian has died out entirely, replaced by a hybrid between English and Russian, only using some of the original Cyrillic characters.
The alphabet goes:
A B Д E/Э Ф Г H И J K Л M N O П Q Р S T U V W Y Z
They also use some additional characters, which are:
Ж(zh), Х(kh), Ч(ch), Ш(sh), Я(Ya) and Ь( ' )

The language is noted by many to sound more Slavic than English, even though it is much more similar to English.
It is often used in casual conversation, whereas English is seen as more academic, and used in schools and Government work.
Эsskиy is, however, used in the vast majority of names (though not all e.g Lucia Edan (Brussian F1 driver)), for example, Vиktoр Smith, the current "Prince Elect" (Vice-president equivalent).
Japanese is also an official language, but it spoken almost exclusively in the Japanese semi-autonomous region.

Also, a new history is coming soon, so ignore this one.
