The Dictatorship of Where the dead live is a colossal, efficient nation, ruled by Kim Il Sung with an iron fist, and remarkable for its avowedly heterosexual populace, infamous sell-swords, and ban on automobiles. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 8.341 billion Where the dead liveans are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."
