[draft version] Constitution of the Autocratic Republic of Vexilia

Article I: Supreme Leadership

The Autocratic Republic of Vexilia shall be led by a President, who serves as the supreme authority and embodiment of the nation's will.

The President shall have the power to make decisions in the best interest of the country, exercise executive authority, and enact policies that promote the welfare and strength of Vexilia.

The Comrades' Assembly, composed of representatives elected by the working class, shall serve as an advisory body to the President.

The Comrades' Assembly shall have the right to voice concerns, propose suggestions, and participate in discussions on matters of national importance.

While the President retains the ultimate decision-making authority, the Comrades' Assembly provides a platform for the working class to express their views and contribute to the nation's progress.

Article II: Party Dominance

The ruling party, guided by the principles of Vexilian nationalism and collective progress, shall hold the dominant position in the governance of the nation.

The President shall be the leader of the ruling party and its ideological champion, ensuring the implementation of party objectives and policies.

Article III: Limitations of Dissent

Dissent against the government, its policies, or the ruling party shall be forcefully discouraged when necessary, as it may pose a threat to the stability and unity of the nation.

The government shall have the authority to take necessary measures to suppress dissent and preserve the integrity of Vexilia, using lethal force if required.

Article IV: National Defense and Security

The government shall prioritize the defense and security of the Autocratic Republic of Vexilia, safeguarding its borders, interests, and sovereignty.

The President, as the commander-in-chief, shall have the authority to maintain a strong military force to protect the nation and deter any threats to its well-being.

Article V: State-controlled Economy

The Autocratic Republic of Vexilia shall have a centrally planned economy, guided by the principles of collective prosperity and self-sufficiency.

The government shall exercise control over key industries and resources, ensuring their efficient utilization for the betterment of the nation and its people.
