It’s a very well known fact that in Urine Town, the UGC staff as well as law enforcement and the political elite hoards all of the water. The mastermind behind Urine Town’s water shortage, as well as the toilet tax in Amenity #9 is Urine Town’s CEO, and Pennywise’s husband, Mr. Cladwell

As a return of gratitude for being provided money, water, and definitely not because the staff was held at gunpoint to do so, the UGC staff created their own song in appreciation for Mr. Cladwell
