This is sung by all cops in Urinetown, including Officer Lockstock, and Officer Barrel, in response to the failed revolution started by a mob of hideous, revolting rebels, who are fighting against our necessary and righteous piss tax. They were led by Bobby Strong, who we thankfully sent to Urinetown on one quiet night in the dead of winter.
