The Victim Region

The 'Victim Region' is the region that is inviting the Legion of the Cuke and is hosting the Roleplay Event, which can be a quest or battle of the Legion.

Especially in case of a battle the 'Victim Region' will determine which course the battle takes and will usually be victorious while the Legion of the Cuke withdraws.

Thus, the hosting regions are not really 'victims'...
