The Queendom of The Kimmerioi is a massive, orderly nation, ruled by Ptolema XI with an iron fist, and remarkable for its frequent executions, unlimited-speed roads, and compulsory military service. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, devout population of 2.062 billion Cimmerians enjoy great individual freedoms in everything except elections, which, where they exist at all, are populist shams for a dictatorship government that has no intention of ever giving up power.

The tiny, liberal, pro-business, well-organized government is primarily concerned with Spirituality, although Law & Order, Public Transport, and Defense are also considered important, while International Aid and Social Policy are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Khersónēsos. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 5.1%.

The thriving Cimmerian economy, worth 159 trillion drachmas a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is broadly diversified and led by the Gambling industry, with major contributions from Trout Farming, Tourism, and Woodchip Exports. Average income is 77,221 drachmas, but there is a large disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 347,886 per year while the poor average 10,565, a ratio of 32.9 to 1.

High-tech infantry rifles automatically reload when the soldier shoots outside the screen of their helmet HUD, the nation's police officers are famously miserable-looking, blind dates tend to result in bruised shins, and the roads are notorious throughout the region for their peril. Crime is a problem, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. The Kimmerioi's national animal is the lion, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Isiacism.

The Kimmerioi is ranked 128,547th in the world and 801st in Europe for Most Influential, scoring 138 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
