The Black Party (ðə blæk ˈpɑːti; German: Die Schwarze Partei; Polish: Partia Czarności), officially The Sovereign State of The Black Party, is an Authoritarian Meritocracy in central-Europe, which borders the Kingdom of Denmark to the North, the Federal Republic of Germany to the West, the Republic of Poland to the East, and the Czech Republic to the South. It consists of 8 states, covers a land area of 238,492 square kilometres, and has a consistent, temperate seasonal climate. With an estimated 41 million citizens, it is the 7h most populated nation in Europe. The Black Party's capital is Das Kapital Staatadt (Directly translating to "The Capital City" in English), although it's largest city is Royal City, also being the most populated.
In the December of 1919, The Black Party was established as a political party by Gerhard Rossbach, and later into January of 1920, their paramilitary force emerged with their first deadly occupation in Legnica, Poland, where local law enforcement and other paramilitary organisations were overpowered. This area was announced as official territory of The Black Party, hence being the first "nation" of it's kind. Included in the fallen, the seizure and hold of the Legnica Federal Administrative Court was secured. This became the first major Government building for The Black Party, and was heavily guarded by the DST's most devoted company, now known as SSP-KP 1st Stoßwellenabteilung (SSP-Military Police, 1st Shockwave Division). More cities such as Dortmund and Poznań were occupied by their paramilitary and protected by law through political negotiations by The Black Party until February 1933, in which The Black Party's paramilitary receded occupied territory and in 1935, outlawed. Later, in 1939, both The Party and their paramilitary was completely dissolved. High ranking members were executed, excluding the original founder.
After World War II broke out, an armed vigilante organisation was re-created, and the political party split. The vigilantes named themselves The Black Legion (of The Party), and acted as a rival partisan force who enforced NSDAP law, despite being hunted by the SA and SS themselves. On the contrary, the official governing body of The Black Party splintered into an Allied Province, support the Allied war-effort. This caused confusion for party members as, although officially, The Black Party was an Allied State, many party members defected into supporting the Axis Powers, although these numbers are extrodanarly low, and overall affect of The Black Party during the Second World War was meager.
After the defeat of the Axis, the political organisation was re-established by Casar Leupold, with adjusted policies to appeal to an anti-National Socialist audience. They quickly gained members when they participated in the denazification process of Poland and Germany. The Black Party's paramilitary force was re-established once again with much larger numbers. The paramilitary eventually declared, and fought against the previously victorious Allied Powers, including the Soviet Union, re-instating a majority of Poland, Germany, and Czechia as a free state under The Black Party, and on November 4th, 1949, declared their occupied land an independent state. Conquest of land continued until 1950, in which Black Party territory was finalised in negotiations.
The English phrase The Black Party derives from the belief that "dark" and "black" ideologies can and should be implemented into politics and normalised for the sake of ensuring freedom of speech. This may be to partially justify other ideals The Black Party supported such as Ethnic-Nationalism and Anti-Immigration, however, ideology consistently clashed and contradicted within The Black Party during it's early days. An example being; they would advocate for free expression and speech, yet idealise a world where speech is restricted by an ideal Government.
The demonym for a member of The Black Party was "Black Partisan", although this is outdated, and they were usually called "Members" or "Supporters of The Black Party" instead. The demonym for a citizen of The State of The Black Party is "Partizani" (Par-ti-zan-e), deriving from the Albanian translation for "Partisan". "Partizan" is a popular slang for multiple citizens.
The official motto of The Black Party is currently "Die Schwarze Flagge Wird Regieren" effective 1960, which roughly translates to "The Black Flag Will Rule" with the national flag being alluded to. Splinter Ministries of the Party have adopted alternative mottos under official use, exclusively the motto, "Die Schwarze Flagge Wird für Immer Herrschen", meaning "The Black Flag Will Rule Forever." The official English motto is "Never Forsake The Homeland." Other variants of the motto can be left to interpretation and at one's discretion. Defacing or wrongly stating The Black Party's national motto is neither a crime, nor considered dissidence.
The Black Party was political organisation created in the December of 1919 from post-World War I supporters and former soldiers of the German Empire. On January 1920, the first known radical attack made by The Black Party's newly founded organised paramilitary in Leipzig. Eventually, The Party became increasingly violent though their paramilitary, and worked towards total-military based occupation of cities within the Weimar Republic and The Republic of Poland to declare the area as "True Germany" using a newly formed militia. Their numbers allegedly reached the tens of thousands, and later into 1939, an official document disclosed by the NSDAP recorded 41,540 arrests of their supporters and militia. As the NSDAP party rose in power and influence, The Black Party receded occupation of towns such as Leipzig, Dortmund, Poznań, and more to allow the NSDAP to democratically gain power, without violating The Weimar Republic's laws. Although The Black Party and the NSDAP hold conflicting ideals and policies, the founder and leader of The Black Party decided it was strategically beneficial to not jeopardise the NSDAP's position in the Bundestag. At the distress of their own supporters, The Black Party pulled out of the 1933 elections, and encouraged their voters to abstain, although it is rumoured that many voted anyways.
Sometime in-between 1935 and 1939, The Black Party was outlawed, and many members were either arrested or executed. A select few reportedly join the SA and even the SS, at the organisations discontent. The founder and original leader of The Black Party, Gerhard Rossbach, was blamed for subjecting The Party and it's supporters to be persecuted by the NSDAP, and accused of collaborating with the NSDAP to expose key members of The Party to the NSDAP's secret police in exchange for a high position within The Schultzheim Arctic Expeditionary Force. These claims have not been proven. He later was sold to the SA by Party members in exchange for the lives of some who were sentenced to death. Hitler had his SS fake his death, and instead secretly had him imprisoned. In 1941, he was released under a false name (Gerhard Rotenglem), and was not traced back to his history until 1950.

into the Freikorps.
During the events of World War II, The Black Party was re-established as a Partisan force which aided the German Reich,
although at a much lesser force then their original Party. Only about a 200 members or so were reported, and acted as a vigilante police for the NatSoc Goverment, despite being outlawed and hunted themselves by the SS and SA. A possibility of why their numbers were extraordinarily low is that many members of The Party opted to enlist in volunteer Waffen-SS and Wehrmacht Heer divisions. The Black Party and it's vigilantes were eventually confirmed to have been snuffed out and arrested on February 14, 1941, although many claim much earlier.
After the Axis had been defeated, survivors of The Black Party reinstated themselves in Poland as a political organisation in January 1948, yet again, but with slightly altered policies that went against the NSDAP ideals. They secured a new image by organising denazification projects throughout Poland. Through illegal trade and the black market, The Black Party reformed their paramilitary sometime in December 1948, which occupied cities and towns, just as they did prior to the events of 1933. Their numbers soared through the hundreds of thousands, as native Germans, Poles, and Czech's choose to join The Black Party's militia to oppose Soviet occupation. In November 4th, 1949, The Black Party declared their occupied territories as an independent nation that opposes both Socialist and National Socialist ideologies.
Ideas for a Black Legion division were pushed late into the first world war. This Black Legion, in theory, were supposed to act a substitute political party that would consist of those with nationalities of the Allied Powers. The plan was set forward as a fallback in the event the Central Powers would surrender. The plan in question was to have notable artists and political speakers be influenced through propaganda, and advocate for the German Empire in post-war negotiations. Seeing defeat as improbable, The Black Legion was dismissed as an official concept.
In the September of 1918, documents of the existent concept of The Black Legion were recovered in Detmold. They were hidden for the duration of the November Revolution, and later presented at the Weimar National Assembly in favour of the SDP to forward the agenda of creating a new social policy in the Weimar Republic. Due to poor publication and documentation, the German public saw the Black Legion as a symbol of rebellion against an allied power victory, and against the Weimar Republic.
The Black Party host a demonstration
outside of the Reich Chancellery.
January 13, 1919 was the first band of The Black Party, who were united in protesting the poor labour conditions and hours needed to survive. A protest was staged outside of the Reich Chancellery with the crowd of no more then 30 men and women. The demonstration was majorly peaceful, until an small arms division of the RSRG approached to disperse the crowd on the behalf of the SPD. The protest turned into a firefight when a protest attendee fled and returned with a group of Freikorp members. The confrontation was primarily vulgar threats between the two factions, until a member of The Black Party attempted to hit an RSRG guard using an iron rod. It is unsure which faction had shot first. 6 citizens were killed, all of which were members of The Black Party. 3 others were arrested. More occasions of citizens calling themselves members of The Black Party and hosting a variety of demonstrations have been recorded. For a full list, see here.
In the December of 1919, Gerhard Rossbach unified and established The Black Party as a legal political party, with a base of 17 supporters and members. The Black Party took it's first seats in the Reichstag in the German Federal Election of 1924
As time progressed, The Black Party became organised, with Gerhard Rossbach acting as the self-elected leader of The Party. During this period of organisation, The Black Party became increasingly numerous, broadening funds and connections, and using the black-market to fund their plans for their own militia. They eventually cut ties with other paramilitary groups and establish their own form of vigilante policing, named "Die Schwarze Tötungskraft" ("The Black Death Force"; literally, "The Black Kill Force"). Comprised of former members of the Deutscher Heer and the Guarde Korps, as well as avid supporters of The Party, the paramilitary grew increasingly thuggish and committed small arm crimes such as robbing homes of political opposition in addition to being the official guard of The Party's events, and high-ranking members. On the 14th of January, 1920, the DST carried out it's first deadly area occupation in Leipzig, Germany. The German Police were overwhelmed by the staggering fighting force of the ex-German Army, and the seizure and hold of the Leipzig Federal Administrative Court was secured. This triggered the populous of the Weimar Republic into taking a black and white viewpoint of The Black Party and The DST, either being with The Black Party, or against them. It is possible The Black Party may have been involved in the Reichstag Fire. Many citizens and political parties, including the NSDAP accused The Black Party of spearheading and/or involvement with the fire. No evidence of this has been presented, and The Black Party denies accusations to this day.
The Black Party had been increasingly successful in previous elections, gaining 51 seats in the 8th German Election of 1932. Their party has been steadily increasing in support in past years, so when Party Leader Gerhard Rossbach called for The Black Party to step down in the elections of 1933, many members questioned the loyalty of Rossbach to the Party. Rossbach officially stated, "... after reading and discussing the information I have chose to present, it passed The Council with a three to six, plus my vote, making a four to six majority vote". If this was true, Rossbach would have been acting within The Black Party's laws. The Police of The Black Party claim that one member of the council was absent from the vote, making it an illegal legislation passed by the council. Rossbach continued by encouraging Party supporters to abstain from voting in the election, however, many supporters and members of The Party admitted to voting for other political parties.

The Black Party lies in Central-Europe, with Denmark and the Baltic Sea bordering to the North, Poland to the East, the Czech Republic to the South, and Germany to the West. The Black Party also borders the North Sea to it's North-Northwest. The Black Party also occupies the Szczecin Lagoon which is their largest body of water that they own. It is still disputed on how much of the Baltic Sea they own. The Black Party territory is roughly 278,491 km² or 107526 square miles. It's land area is 238,491 km² (92082 sq mi), and it's undisputed water area is 40,000 km². Their water area could drastically increase if their claims to the Baltic Sea is recognised. The Black Party is apart of the Socialist green republics' Environmental Treaty.
Elevation ranges have changed during warfare, including the Tatra Mountains of which has a lower highest point as the result of continuous bombing throughout the events of World War II. The Black Party's highest point is the Zugspitze of the Wetterstein Mountains, at 2962 m (9,718 ft) above sea-level. The lowest point of The Black Party is the city of Neuendorf bei Wilster, at 3.54 m (11.61 ft) below sea-level.
Most of The Black Party has a consistent seasonal climate dominated by frigid westerly winds year round. The country is situated in between the oceanic Western European and the continental Eastern European climate. The climate is moderated by the North Atlantic Drift, the northern extension of the Gulf Stream. This warmer water affects the areas bordering the North Sea; consequently in the northwest and the north the climate is oceanic. The Black Party gets an average of 821 mm (42 in) of precipitation per year, and there is no consistent dry season. Winters are cold, and summers tend to be windy, but occasionally warm: temperatures can exceed 30 °C (86 °F).
The east has a much more continental climate: winters can be very cold and summers very warm, and longer dry periods can occur. Central and southern area's are transition regions which vary from moderately oceanic to continental. In addition to the maritime and continental climates that predominate over most of the country, the Alpine regions in German, Austrian, and Czechoslovakian area to the south and, to a lesser degree, some areas of the Central German Uplands have a mountain climate, with lower temperatures and more precipitation, which affects weather in The Black Party.
In addition, The Black Party has one of the largest offshore wind farms in the continent. It is located in The Party's claimed territory in the Baltic Sea, in a region known as the "Contested Sea": the sea area who's ownership is contested by surrounding nations.
Phytogeographically, Eastern The Black Party belongs to the Central European province of the Circumboreal Region within the Boreal Kingdom. According to the World Wide Fund for Nature, the territory of Eastern The Black Party belongs to three Palearctic Ecoregions of the continental forest spanning Central and Northern European temperate broadleaf and mixed forest ecoregions as well as the Carpathian Montane Conifer Forest.
Many animals that have since died out in other parts of Europe still survive in The Black Party, such as the Wisent. Other such species include the Brown Bear, in the Tatras, and in the Beskids, the moose in northern The Black Party, and the Eurasian Lynx in various forests. The official animal of The Black Party, the Grey Wolf, also frolics throughout the nation, and neighbouring Poland.
In the forests, one also encounters game animals, such as red deer, roe deer and wild boars. In eastern Poland there are a number of ancient woodlands, like Białowieża forest, that have never been cleared or have been disturbed much by people, apart from common military patrols throughout the lush forests. There are also large forested areas in the mountains, Masuria, Pomerania, Lubusz Land and Lower Silesia.
It is common for wildlife to travel through The Black Party's borders, and they have pushed for legislature that prevents the hunting of these animals when outside of Black Party territory.
The Black Party is a federal, parliamentary, authoritarian meritocracy run by two Councils. The High Council of State, which is the dominant of the two, and oversees the entire nation, consists of Ministers representing all branches of the country. The Assembly of State oversees the separate states, and their internal matters, and consists of majorly state-elected representatives on a smaller scale. The Black Party political system operates under a framework laid out in the 1920 Party Doctrine known as the Die Schwarze Theorie (The Black Theory). Amendments generally require a majority vote by the Council; no law from the Doctrine is inalienable, and with a majority vote (From The Council) any statements may be changed or altered.
The High Council, is the total head of state and the primary holder of responsibilities and powers which each Minister may pass down through rank. They are selected by the Examen Concilium (Council Examination), an exam consisting of a multitude of tests ranging from written intelligence tests, physical ability tests, and much more. These examinations are overseen by The State Police. Ministers can also be selected upon each Ministry's highest ranks on their own terms, or selected by the previous Councillor who held that position. Councillors who leave their position without selecting a predecessor may be charged with treason. If a position in The Council is vacant, it is temporarily held by the State Security Police until a predecessor is found. The only elected body of The High Council is the People's Speaker-Elect, who is elected through popular vote every 3 years. Each Minister may asses a Deputy Minister, and up to two Minister Representatives.
Since late 1919, the political system has only seen 4 Ministers for a position at most, apart from the Speaker Elect. So far every Minister has held a term for a minimum of 6 years. However, the Ministries themselves have also played important roles. The most prominent case for a Minister to give up their position and step down usually come from their own Ministry of which they represent. Numerous cases have seen Ministers to make decisions and votes at the Council based of what will do best for their Ministry, and Ministries tend to pressure Ministers to step down if they do not fulfill the requirements they deem necessary.
The debt-to-GDP ratio of The Black Party had its peak in 1919 when it stood at 80.3% and decreased since then. The government gross debt of The Party amounted to €2,152.0 billion. This was majorly caused by unpaid debts to Private Military Corporations to act as The Party Guard until the DST was established. This debt was wiped as per agreement in the 1950's Resistance War treaty. The Black Party carries no debt to other nations since.
The Black Party is rated a 2.49 on the World Democracy Index.
The Black Party has a constitutional law system based off legal codes of the Weimar Republic for non-political crime, that can be overruled by the authority of The High Council. The Federal Justice Court is The Black Party's Supreme Court responsible for federal and nationwide matters, with power of judicial review by The Council. The Black Party's supreme court system, called the "Systematic Justice Law" is specialised for civil and criminal cases, crimes against the State, and any other matters deemed important enough for a trial by Federal Justice Court. For other affairs, the courts are The Federal Citizenry Court, the Federal Social Court, and the Federal Finance Court.
The Black Party has generally poor relations with other nations, and are classified as a "Rogue Nation" by the United Nations on March 7th, 1946, and as a "Defiant Nation" by the League of Nations on March 21st, 1946. The Black Party refuses to acknowledge the World Assembly. Out of a total of 7 known diplomats, none have ever resided abroad and no embassies have been established within or outside of their nation as of 1961. They maintain a good relation with The Schultzheim Dictatorship, and are declared a 7/10 relation with South St Maarten on their International Relations scale. The Black Party expresses a "diplomatic interest in good nature" with The arctic confederacy.
A military alliance between The Black Party, the Nort Alliance, and the Allied States of Overmorrow may have existed between 1959 to 1960. Documents regarding this information have been lost or destroyed, and The Black Party refuse to release a statement regarding the matter.
The Black Party is rated an "F-" by Kirostan on their Diplomatic Relations Index. On January 3rd, ####, relations drastically improved as The Black Party was significantly upgraded to an "F" rating as opposed to the outdated "F-" rating.
The Ministry of Propaganda has on behalf of The Black Party, confirmed the endorsement of the European National Freedom Party.
The Black Party acknowledges the claims for land against The Poland-Lithuania Commonwealth and recognises it as rightful territory of the Reich's Citizens. Despite decent relations with South St Maarten, Party diplomats condemn the retaliation attacks made against the Imperial reichson (Now Great Imperial Britain). The Black Party claims no militaristic alliance with any of the participating nations.
When asked for a comment regarding Greater Dragunovia's Imperial Order against fascism, The Black Party's Ministry of Propaganda released this statement, "The Black Party condemns acts of aggression in an attempt to suppress aggressive acts. This contradictory form of 'doublethink' shall not unnerve us." The Black Party's Ministry of Propaganda is criticised by international experts for denying claims that their Government operates in a fascist structure, yet gave a "hostile response" to this order as if directed towards The Black Party.

The "Schwarzwaffe" (English: Black Guard; Literally: Black Weapons), is the combined military forces of The Black Party. It is organised into Schwarze Armee (Black Army), The Naval Authority, The Schwarzeluftwaffe (Black Air Force), and SSP - Kriegspolizei (Military Police), the conventional army, navy, air force, and military police respectively. In absolute terms, Partizani military expenditure was of top concern during the 1950's liberating of land from Soviet occupation. In 1960, however, military spending was at an all-time low, with most of the military budget being redirected towards Law and Order, Education, and Healthcare. The Black Party publicly states that 30% of Government spending is allocated towards the SSP, 15% to education, 10% to healthcare, and 6% to environmental care. No other exact numbers have been publicised.

As of 1960, the Schwarzwaffe employed roughly 821,000 service members, including about 12,000 volunteers. Reservists are available to the Schwarzwaffe and participate in defence exercises and deployments abroad. Since 1920, women may serve in all support services and roles. In 1946, women were allowed to serve in any roles without restriction. In 1950, post war negotiations allowed women to join the State Security Police and it's military battalions. About 19,000 female soldiers are on active duty. According to The Black Party's Ministry of Propaganda, The Black Party has lost a total of 314,000 in total causalities. This does not include SSP losses.
The Schwarzwaffe uses a small official arsenal, but has stated that they are willing to use more if the situation is dire. The small arsenal is apart of the pride of the army as using Partizani and European-based weaponry is apart of the Party Doctrine, and is generally consistent with their nationalistic policies. This includes the Gewehr rifle family, including the iconic Gewehr 43, the Volkssturmgewehr, the vz.27, Luger family, Mauser family, and a multitude of other weapons. For a full list of weaponry used by The Black Party's Police Force, see here. Armoured divisions are known for recycling tanks used by Axis Germany. The Black Party has devoted many resources into the production and refine of old German military technology, including the Panther and other Panzer series lines of tanks for their conventional army, the Junker JU series for the air force, and a new fleet of armaments production including the Sturmgewehr 47 through 55. Many armaments of World War II are developed and deployed by The Black Party using similar strategy and tactics to the National Socialist Empire. The State Police has used ships purchased from the Lethen empire's Royal Naval Commission, although the intended use was designed for the Athanasius, which remains underfunded to this day.
In peacetime, the Schwarzwaffe is commanded by the Minister of Interior. In a state of defence or emergency, the Minister of Conflict would become overseer of the Schwarzwaffe.
The role of the Schwarzwaffe is described in the Party Doctrine as a border guard and offensive military only, but after a ruling of the 3rd High Council in 1946, the term "defence" has been defined to not only include protection of the borders of The Black Party, but also as a territorial offensive force capable of carrying out orders anywhere in the world. As of 2017, The Black Party's military has about 3,600 troops stationed in foreign countries as part of international aid, including about 1,200 in supporting operations with Schultzheim, 980 in Finland, 450 in Denmark, 370 in Norway, and 600 in Latvia. In addition to this, and undisclosed number of State Police personal are set for deployment into The German Imperial State.
Until 1950, military service in some form was compulsory for men at age 14, and women at age 17. Conscripts may serve two year of support services, or 6 months of armed service; conscientious objectors could instead opt for an equal length of service to the State Security Police, usually in it's Service Battalion as low ranks. In 1950, conscription was officially suspended and replaced with 1 year's worth of support service in some form of Government agency, 3 years in Military Service for immigrants.
The Black Party has come under fire from both the United Nations, League of Nations, as well as the World Assembly with accusations of war-crimes and illegal deployment of child soldiers. The Black Party denies active deployment of child soldiers, stating "... (The Black Party) does not deploy anyone under the age of 18 into front-line combat, our youngest servants age around 15, and serve as support roles in the home guard. Much like the America's reserve army." - Achilles Poirier, Minister of Interior. Critiques at The World Assembly claim that The Black Party recruits members as young as 14 into their primary police force and secretly transfers child soldiers into their military police battalions, which engages in warfare and counter-terrorism. These claims have not been proven, as no record or sightings of child soldiers have been recorded, however, The SSP openly admits to hiring youth police officers into non-combat roles. The Black Party's Minister of Propaganda, Lakeland Lyfield, is a member of the State Security Police as a Stabsoffizier, which is equivalent to the U.S rank of Master Sergeant.
The Black Party has also been accused of using chemical weapons. The Black Party admits to the war-crime are paid reparations to the World Assembly in 1950 during the 2nd Potsdam Conference. Critics say that the reparations undisclosed amount was not enough to make up for the lives claimed by The Black Party in warfare. The Black Party continues to use chemical weapons within their nation as a form of Counter-Terrorism by their police forces.
The Black Party has a Government planned market economy with a highly skilled labour force, a large capital stock, and a debatable level of corruption. It is almost completely self-reliant both economically and industrially, however critics say that The Black Party is struggling with industrial development.
The citizens of The Black Party tend to pay a median income tax rate of 37.2% per month, for all levels of wealth. This number is commonly changed or altered as new legislation is introduced.
The service sector contributes approximately 71% of the total GDP (including information technology), industry 8%, and agriculture 20%. The unemployment rate published by Eurostat amounts to 1.4% in January 1960, which is one of the lowest in the world. With 8.9% The Black Party also has the lowest youth unemployment rates worldwide. According to the The Ministry of Propaganda in The Black Party, their nation has one of the highest labour productivity levels in the world.

Being home to one of the most advanced law enforcement agencies, the law and order industry in The Black Party is regarded as one of the most successful and competitive in the world, and is the fourth largest by net worth in Europe.
With its central position in Europe, The Black Party is a transport hub for the continent. Like its neighbours in Western Europe, The Black Party's road network is among the densest in the world. The motorway network ranks as the third-largest worldwide in length and is known for its lack of a general speed limit.
Segregated highways are in construction to create a private highway for use by high-speed buses as transport across the region. These roadways will be closed to the public and emergency vehicles to minimise crashes.
International flying is rare in The Black Party, and the uses of planes are commonly for national travel. The largest airports in The Black Party are the Ventus Porta-Aero II and the Royal City International Airport, both hubs of "Ventus Ater" (Black Wind), the official airline, while other airlines such as Air Berlin has hubs at Berlin Tegel and Düsseldorf. Other major airports include Berlin Schönefeld, Hamburg, Cologne/Bonn and Leipzig/Halle. "Ventus Ater" uses a fleet of Bombardier Learjet's as it is the most efficient aeroplane for domestic travel. Their fleet of Learjet's sums to 14, the most reoccurring being the Learjet 40 with 5 quantity. The Black Party also has a Boeing 752 and 767 but are only used on rare occasions of international travel when Learjet's are occupied or unable to fly the needed distances. "Ventus Ater" has a loyalty program named "Spera-Ventus" (Trust Wind) which is only used by Partizani workers who take domestic flights within the State. The Government's official aircraft is a variant of the Learjet Model 36. Rare occasions of foreign travel see reoccurring flights to the Republic of europe and South St Maarten.
Seaports exist all along The Black Party's Baltic coast, with most freight operations using Szczecin, Świnoujście, Gdynia and Gdańsk as well as Police, Kołobrzeg and Elbląg as their base. Passenger ferries link The Party with Scandinavia all year round; these services are provided from Gdańsk and Świnoujście by Polferries, Stena Line from Gdynia and Unity Line from the Port of Świnoujście.
The electricity generation sector in The Black Party is largely fossil-fuel–based, however, the Partizani government is openly making advancements into natural-based energy, and commit 7.5% of expenditure into the environmental sector. Many power plants nationwide use The Black Party's central position in Europe to export resources across the nation. In 1954, The Black Party scored 48 out of 129 states in the Energy Sustainability Index. The three largest Partizani mining firms (Węglokoks, Eisenarbeit, and JSW) extract around 100 million tonnes of coal annually. All three of these companies are key constituents of the Capital City Stock Exchange's lead economic indexes.

The Black Party has around 164,800,000,000 m3 of proven natural gas reserves and around 96,380,000 barrels of proven oil reserves. These reserves are exploited by energy supply companies such as PKN Orlen ("the only Partizani company listed as Government Subsided by the Ministry of Propaganda"). However, the Partizani government is acting more and more in favour of the citizens and the environment, by unusually harsh means. These include the "peaceful purges" of "those who have proven to harm the Holy lands of The Black Party" - Ministry of Interior.
As The Black Party is a relatively new nation, there are not much links between the Partizani's and pre-World War I scientists and inventors. Despite this, traditional universities, as well as technical, medical, and economic institutions, employ around 218,000 researchers and members of staff. There are around 450 research and development institutes, with about 70,000 researchers. In total, there are around 340,000 scientists in The Black Party today.
Because of this, The Black Party sciences and technology sector creates benefits towards their Police force, such as the creation of G-Series Nerve Agents which the Partizani police continue to use.
Research institutions in The Black Party include the Heindensieg University of Science, the Helmholtz Association and the Fraunhofer Society. The Wendelstein 7-X in Greifswald hosts a facility in the research of fusion power for instance. The SSP has a division known as the "Black Service Organisation" (BSO) which handles military development and research, as well as medical sciences advancements.
The Black Party has a substantially low tourism rate, with a total of 71,000 overnights during 1957. This number includes 63,000 nights by foreign visitors. Despite this, The Black Party receives generally positive reviews by critics and has a 8.1/10 rating on neweurotravel.com. Royal City is the most visited city in The Black Party, and the 27th highest rated in Europe. Additionally, more than 87% of Partizani's spend their holiday's in their own country, with the biggest share going to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Domestic and international travel and tourism combined directly contribute over 12.1 million to Partizani GDP. Including indirect and induced impacts, the industry contributes 4.5% of German GDP and supports 4.8% of total employment.
The Black Party is well known for its lush forests and pristine environment. The many trails connect around the nation, and are the track for the official Partizani National Tour, a triathlon held annually. The Black Party's most-visited landmarks include e.g. Steinburg Gate, Krospovian Cathedral, Royal City Tower, Mount Cathipliate, and Capital City Parliament.
The Black Party has been criticised for destroying attractions on former Czech, Polish, and German land, but these claims were dismissed as apart of unavoidable damages in war.
