Proposed constitution

Seeking a regional rebirth, We the people establish this constitution for the Allied Republic,

Section 1: The Consulate
a. The Consulate shall be comprised of three elected people, requiring a majority of voters to be elected.
b.All Executive,Legislative, and Judicial power shall be bestowed on these three consuls.
c. The Consuls shall serve 3 staggered terms, with a consul election happening every month.
d. The Consuls may delegate executive responsibilities to other citizens, and amongst themselves.
e. an approval poll shall happen for a Consul 1 month after they take office, should a new election be called, the winner will server the remainder of the term.
f. The Consuls may serve as Admins should the Server Owner and the two other Consuls approve.
g. The Admins need a 2/3rds vote to make,change, or repeal law. A unanimous vote is needed to amend the constitution.

Section 2: The Admins
a. There shall be one server owner with the distinction of "first among equals"
b. The Server Owner shall be nominated by the Consuls, and approved by a regional referendum, with the current Server Owner keeping his position until he resigns or is removed.
c. The Server Owner may be removed with a unanimous Consulate vote, or a 2/3rds vote of the citizenry.
Section 3: Rights of Citizens
a. Citizens have the right to free speech in protesting and voicing concern about their government.
b. All citizens have the right to vote, and run for public office.
c. All citizens have the right to call for a referendum with 4 individual signatures from other citizens excluding themselves. Such referendum may pass a law by simple majority, or a constitutional amendment by a 2/3rds majority.
Secion 4: Implementation
a. All laws passed under the previous constitution(Not constitutional amendments) shall be in effect until amended,replaced,or repealed by the Consulate.
b. For the first round of Consuls, the person with the most votes will receive a full term, the person with the second shall serve for 2 months, and the person with the least will serve 1 month before a new election is held.
