Community Questionnaire, Part1

Questionnaire "Society Research", part 1
Does your state officially call itself communist, socialist, capitalist or otherwise?
Calls himself left and scientific and technical.
If so, is this description accurate?
Yes, the society is trying to implement the left values, to the extent that the level of technology development allows.
Regardless of the official name, which mode of production or economic system dominates your society?
The combination of state capitalism and elements of socialism.
How can a person become a citizen of your state?
Those born on the island receive citizenship from the age of 14, by voluntary will, while taking an oath of loyalty to the ideological principles of the Community. Visitors receive citizenship by voluntary application, also taking an oath of loyalty to ideological principles. Persons without a visa and citizenship are deported from the island.
Does your country have a state or class of people who have power over the rest of the population?
The executive apparatus is separated from the people, although it implements the decisions of general referendums. The Ideological Council of Experts is also separated from the masses, checking the laws for compliance with ideology: members of the council co-opted into it through competitive exams.
If so, has this state been formed from the proletariat, the bureaucracy, a small group of conspirators, or something else?
The First Ideological Council was a group of enthusiasts who organized the emigration of like-minded people to the island. It is updated through the co-optation of winners in competitive exams. The Executive Directorate is elected by popular referendum from among professionally trained specialists.
If it is formed from the proletariat, how is this power exercised in practice?
The state does not declare its class character. Citizens' power is exercised through direct democracy: approval or condemnation of projects in electronic referendums, on the principle of "one person - one vote". After that, the project is evaluated by the Ideological Council, and with approval it is given to the Executive Directorate for implementation.
Are there political parties? Does one of them have a leadership role?
There are no parties, there are subcultures arising around hobbies or various projects. Each subculture or individual citizen can nominate his project for a universal electronic referendum on the Internet. If the referendum accepts the draft, and the Ideological Council approves it, the draft will take effect.
Is there a leader and a cult leader?
The founder of the Community, Maxim Ross, enjoys informal respect, presides over the jury for the competitive examinations for the Ideological Council. The chairman of the Executive Directorate is often replaced through the rotation of personnel in referendums (now Spartak Ulyanov is in this post), and he and his assistants are treated as hired shift and accountable staff.
Are members of the state elected? Are their names and deeds known to the masses?
Members of the Executive Directorate were elected, the question of the resignation of any of them can be put to an electronic referendum at any time on the initiative of any citizen.
Is the society in your country anarchist in nature?
No, along with universal electronic referendums, so far there is a professional executive apparatus separate from citizens.
Does your nation have money, property, state, and / or classes?
There is money ("banknote"), no private ownership of the means of production, no class division. There is a professional division into workers in science, art, industry and agriculture, the few bureaucracies of the executive directorate, as well as non-working recipients of benefits. Physical labor is largely automated.
If so, does the state intend to cancel the state and the market?
Not to abolish, but gradually to supersede electronic self-government (as the competence of citizens grows) and free distribution (as the productive forces grow). This process is not fast.
Do you have products in your country (goods intended for exchange)?
Yes. Each resident is given a guaranteed social package in kind (cereals, canned goods, shoes, overalls, payment of the average standard of expenditures on housing and communal services) and a small cash benefit. All products not included in this free minimum are sold for money. With the international federation "Communist bloc" there is an agreement on economic assistance and military protection in exchange for the scientific development of our Community.
Does your nation accept communist principles for scientific, utopian or religious reasons?
Accepts for utopian reasons. Scientists do not have the mathematical apparatus to prove 100% of the inevitability of communism, but as a project it is attractive to many, and our Community brings together those who are attracted by this project, who wish to create this "utopia".
Is your nation seeking to expand communism beyond its borders?
We believe that our guidelines are global and universal, we stand for their triumph throughout the world, the erasure of nations, the elimination of borders, a single planet, the world revolution. This can be achieved within the framework of the Communist Bloc coalition, and we have joined this international coalition.
