A bustling, vivacious centre for international trade and economic prowess, Kunin is a great, varying place preserving cultures old and new. Its name comes from the Kunina Declaration, a declaration made by King Samar the Great that riled the smallpox-ridden country into action. The city is a cultural and economic centre; its streets are said to burgeon the mind and wallet of the innovative person. The city is blessed with many ancient ruins alongside modern stainless steel skyscrapers that takes one's breath away. Each spring the city blooms and the cypresses smile, the vine and the kudzu climb up the trellises of the great Kunin National, a botanical masterwork constructed in 1899 that is said to rival that of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.

The Coulomb Administration is the ruling party of Talkasa. It has been through several forms and little chages in policy. These changes come with intense closed-door debates. Currently, the party takes a liberal approach to the running of Talkasa. President Coulomb is a young man, born in Quay Samar, a deprived docking area in eastern Kunin, he rised through the ranks through his sharp wit and compassionate nature and eventually, in 2014, won his election against the late Ian Eren. The administration has remained popular throughout its incumbency and will likely bask in its consistent support through the next election.

Talkasa, (pronounced TAL-CKASA) is an efficient nation located 60 km west of the Great Pacific Steppe. It is an efficient nation known for extensive welfare, education and inclusivity. The economic divide between richest and poorest is minute, and the country is well-developed and intelligent.
