You hear someone clear their throat and make several ahems. You can hear them fumbling with something.

Hello, this is senior researcher um, researcher Hart of The Rising Sun and I'll be talking to well, whoever is listening to this about the... Daybreak, no..., Project Daybreak, right that's the one.

You are surprised by the informality of the secret recording, you also notice that this supposed Researcher sounds barely 12, 15 at most.

Well I guess to get things started I'm supposed to clear up some stuff about The Flying Dutchman. So I don't really remember where they said The Dutchman was, I think it was some airbase but I forgot, well it's not there. It's at *static*. Oh, well I guess I'm not allowed to tell you that, well it's where I am and if this thing had a camera I'd try to show you but I don't think I'm allowed to do that either.
So about Project Daybreak, we're doing some research on The Dutchman and trying to change it because some guys on the islands said so, something about an interplanetary arms race and dimensional shifting. Speaking of dimensional stuff that's actually what I do here, I help design the stuff that'll help The Dutchman shift dimensions and use them to blow stuff up. It's actually pretty neat, so we actually get to open up the domes under the wings and work with the stuff in there, everyone here calls them cans though instead of bulby looking dome things I guess. Well, it's really cool because we get to see how The Dutchman probability jumps, timeskips, dimensionally stabilizes, makes stuff just disappear and...

Sorry for going on like that, I just really love my job here. Well, right, about The Dutchman, right right I was supposed to talk about it. So what everyone else and I are doing here is trying to make The Dutchman better than it already is, even though I think The Dutchman is already pretty scary as it is people are still worried that someone could take it down even though we've already proven that the Dutchman is indestructible. Honestly, I think what they meant by destroy is trap because that's what I'd do if I was up against The Dutchman, well at least The Dutchman before I got this job, I guess I'm just disproving what I thought earlier then. Well I don't really think I have to say anything else, as a recap I guess I'm just helping everyone else fix up The Dutchman and make it better because some guys on Earth said so, but that's not exactly my motivation like it is for everyone else, I'm having fun and that's what matters, well I guess I'm also getting paid enough to live like a king for the rest of my life but whatever.

Multiple Flying Dutchmen exit the pocket dimension
after undergoing the Daybreak Protocol

The Daybreak protocol describes a process in which The Flying Dutchman will utilize dimensional tearing in conjunction with probability shifting to create multiple Flying Dutchmen with dimensional jumping capabilities. By controlled opening of a pocket dimension, diameter ranging from 5 to 18 nautical miles The Flying Dutchman can abuse its matter correcting properties to create duplicates with the properties of the original Dutchman. Once The Dutchman enters the newly created pocket dimension it can instantaneously create large amounts of energy in the form of heat while reducing all but itself and the heat in the new dimension to 0 dimensions of space but two or more dimensions of time. The True Flying Dutchman Form 2 "Miss Lockwood" exits the testing area

The First Light Protocol describes a process in which The Flying Dutchman will absorb a large amount of energy (usually in the form of an asteroid or small moon) through consumption while in contact, after absorbing a currently undetermined amount of energy The Flying Dutchman's range will extend to up to 500,000 light years for a period of up to 2.58 seconds (2085). During this period all matter considered aligned with a hostile force will lose the effects of the fundamental forces. Due to the lack of electromagnetism molecular bonds will instantly break, the atoms left behind will also break up into their fundamental particles as the strong and weak nuclear forces will cease to exist, as quarks cannot exist independently they will be forced into a quark matter while the effect is active. This matter will then openly float in space for the remaining time as gravity ceases to effect the mass. When the First Light protocol completes all that will be left of affected matter will be an unrecognizable clump of miscellaneous elements loosely connected by molecular bonds and drawn into a spherical shape by gravity, usually there are occurrences of nuclear fusion and pressure of gasses which further break up the remaining matter. During the activation of the First Light Protocol all sapient beings within 190 astronomical units will perceive reality at a slowed pace in the place of the nearest other individual in the area of effect, after the First Light Protocol reaches completion those affected will lose consciousness and their minds brought back to their bodies, if an affected person is killed during activation both the original inhabitant of the body and the person will be considered dead by the end of the effect. The First Light protocol has been tested on and has shown great effectiveness against large numbers of capital ships or planets. This has proven to be an effective deterrent for some large spacefaring nations as the usage of the First Light protocol as either a first or retaliatory strike will prove devastating to any conventional capital ship forces.

Form 3 of The True Flying Dutchman is the designation given to former senior researcher Martin Looker, in his current state he is commonly referred to as "Professor Looker". The Professor's current form is a hard light substance consisting of 100% photons held together in pairs of 3 by a synthetic form of the strong nuclear force. These pairs of hard light photons are formed into pseudo-atoms with multiple pairs acting as protons and neutrons while one or more individual photons orbits around the pseudo-nucleus as electrons, these atoms are held together in a molecular structure with a synthetic electromagnetic force. The completed structure of hard light atoms forms a material similar to early 21st century aircraft aluminum. It is currently unknown how The Flying Dutchman achieves these properties. Due to the hard light properties of the structure it maintains the same properties of that of the other forms of The True Flying Dutchman in which it cannot be moved from the Dutchman itself, cannot be broken apart and cannot react on a molecular, atomic or subatomic level. Another property of the hard light structure is that it is multidimensional, taking up 5 dimensions of space and 3 dimensions of time, this allows The Dutchman to exist in any point of time while not affecting 3 dimensional matter or energy.

The True Flying Dutchman Form 3's most notable aspect is that the body of The Dutchman in its current form serving as a residence for the consciousness of the late researcher Martin Looker. Due to a mishap in the UniPsyops creation procedure Researcher Looker's memory was not properly cleared and his consciousness was able to inhabit The Flying Dutchman during the time of Form 3's configuration. Currently there is ongoing research on how Researcher Looker's consciousness can be extracted and brought back to a synthetic body though Researcher Looker does not seem interested in returning to a normal body due to his condition.

Prior to transfer Researcher Looker was diagnosed with a severe case of paranoid schizophrenia, during his time inhabiting a human body he was able to continue research and development of The Flying Dutchman with medication but after his transfer to The Flying Dutchman he has been unable to receive treatment. This was a major concern among researchers as Researcher Looker's condition combined with the unfinished Flying Dutchman could result in irreparable damage to Rising Sun facilities, fortunately audio based memetics were able to put the consciousness of Researcher Looker in a dormant state for the duration of The Flying Dutchman's configuration. Due to ethical concerns after the completion of The Flying Dutchman's configuration Researcher Looker's consciousness was re-activated via audio memetic.

Researcher Looker describes his current state as that of a early 21st century economy class seat aboard a commercial airliner, during the first weeks of habitation Researcher Looker complained about a lack of "places for the mind to go" and "having to get out of my seat for some other mind", it was presumed that he was referring to the other two forms of The Flying Dutchman, this was later confirmed when Researcher Looker described the personalities of said forms. Researcher Looker described Form 2, "Miss Lockwood" as intelligent and easygoing while describing Form 1, "Lady Crimson" as a compulsive liar and manipulator. Researcher Looker also described the voices of said forms though this has led many to believe that Researcher Looker's communication with the other two forms is merely a result of auditory hallucinations. Researcher Looker communicates with personnel using a form of mental projection of the voice similar to UniPsyops agents, there appears to be no major differences between the personality and voice of Researcher Looker before and after the transfer other than the return of his symptoms.

The True Flying Dutchman Form 3 is indestructible through means of temporal replacement. The True Flying Dutchman is able to perceive all infinite points in all infinite possibilities up to 50 hours into the future and will stack multidimensional hard light prior to any attacks, this process involves layering infinite dimensions of time only spanning as a ray into the future while taking up all space in infinite spatial dimensions as a point during that time. If The True Flying Dutchman Form 3 is ever damaged by any means dimensional gating will instantaneously replace the lost matter. The True Flying Dutchman Form 3 is not affected by any form of gravity and will move its axis accordingly at speeds up to 3.9c out of warpstate to allow for ease of human interaction. The Flying Dutchman in this form has no resident body and Researcher Looker's consciousness will inhabit any form of The Flying Dutchman Form 3 while maintaining properties of The Dutchman, in case of instantaneous destruction of the entire mass of The True Flying Dutchman Form 3 it is able to reform at any time in any possibility, dimension or universe while maintaining characteristics of The Dutchman and Researcher Looker's consciousness, this effectively eliminates the ability for an entity to completely and permanently destroy The Flying Dutchman without destroying all possible universes, alternate universes, time, space and all dimensions. Even then it is theorized that The Flying Dutchman can enter a dormant state and re-emerge whenever there is even a trace of time, space or any other dimension. The True Flying Dutchman Form 3 also maintains other characteristics of the original Flying Dutchman while being able to switch between forms at any time. The Nightfall protocol describes a process in which The True Flying Dutchman Form 3, "Professor Looker" will undergo a radical and extremely hazardous change in memetic effect to an extent where physical matter and energy will be affected by sheer psychological power combined with Looker's connection with a consciousness based dimension of the resident universe. During the beginning of the Nightfall protocol the current aircraft The Flying Dutchman is manifesting as will launch a volley of flares even if the currently used aircraft does not have a flares system, these flares carry no energy, have no mass, cannot be interacted with and only emit photons in the way a standard military grade flare would. Up to 8 minutes before or after the launching of the flares all light in a radius of 2.8 light years will gain a dark red tint with dark areas becoming more pronounced. The final phase of the Nightfall protocol is total failure of consciousness, during this phase any sentient being including advanced species and artificial intelligence will have their consciousness forcefully extracted into Researcher Looker's plane of dimensional consciousness, The Flying Dutchman will then proceed to reduce said dimensional plane to 0 dimensions of space and time. This process effectively destroys all conscious beings within range of the attack or damages them beyond repair, as The True Flying Dutchman Form 3 is unable to control its targets during the Nightfall protocol all Rising Sun personnel are advised to remain out of range while The Flying Dutchman performs a hit-and-run attack.

If you have opened this document you are not supposed to be here. Everyone part of the Flying Dutchman project was told the same thing when they entered the program, every time they woke up in the lab and when they left. The absolute Dutchman does not exist, there is no end. You probably didn't know that because you weren't in the program, of course I know that, I know your name too, your past, future and present. I know you're reading this article and wondering, "oh how powerful can this thing get", you've seen Lady Crimson's mentally deteriorating aura, Miss Lockwood's destruction of all matter ever known and the Professor's immortality. You thought this article would be the final form of the Dutchman, the grand finale taking a seat among the higher powers. Well I'm sorry, there is no pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for you. Why would there be, it doesn't matter, I'm just a creation of some person sitting at a computer desk somewhere that doesn't exist for me, and you're here reading about their creations. There won't be a memetic kill agent or airstrike leveling your house any time soon, tell anyone you'd like about The Dutchman, it's not like it matters in the end.
