-- Sovern will export to the following signatories:

• Cellular phones, personal computers, cyber-security services, orbital modules, and satellite components.

• Capitol goods.

• Published books.

• Furniture.

• Automatic rifles, Semi-automatic rifles, Sniper-rifles, armored vehicles, support helicopters, and exo-suits.
  

-- In exchange; Valenborn, Usislur, Amerecus, Hengu, Alinu, Belfi, Ast wal, and Kelvenir.

• (Valenborn): agricultural products, basic textiles, and novelty items.

• (Usislur): agricultural products, and weaved baskets.

• (Amerecus): smartphones, orbital modulators, and internet routers.

• (Hengu): cannabis, cannabis-based products, hemp, and lumber.

• (Alinu): soft drinks, liquor, energy drinks, and books.

• (Belfi): clothing, silk, cotton, and liquor.
  

-- To pay off any debt that the proper signatories may have collected, the Sovern government will be cordially organizing a payment plan; which an applied 4.2% interest rate will act as a counter for any financial loss, and disorderly transactions of power. The first six (6) months after the implementation of this treaty will act as a grace period; until said parties may begin paying off their debt.

-- Sovern will openly provide financial assistance through third parties; for parties that have not obtained any debt from Sovern's creditors. After the first loan may be paid off, no future loans will be permitted; this excludes present signatories that don't hold any debt with the Sovern government or its third party affiliates.

-- Contents of the deal implied or directed, may not be used in any way against Sovern, and/or its interests.

-- To provide security, and insure peace; all recipient parties must agree to withdraw and cease any activity, relationship, or agreement with Lumeria, and their affiliates and/or allies. This treaty is to secure the holdings of Aoeria, and protect Barbaria from its enemies. Any cordial communication or agreement after the sigining of the agreement will be a clause to cease the treaty to ALL recipients, with an applicable fine that will be determined by the authors of this agreement.

-- This treaty may be re-negotiated every ten (10) years to update the portfolio for any change in economic structure or industrial emergences. All creditors are entitled to trade and exchange securities, assets, and shares; regardless of claimed nationality and ownership.

Defense Pact:

-- All signatory parties agree to a mutual defense pact; thus withdrawing aggression each other. Communication through diplomacy must be the first initiative that a signatory must follow through to insure regional stability, and economic preservation.

-- All signatory parties agree to cease any present claim on each other, and recognize the independence of the other. Thus formally preventing future acts of war or terror.

-- The Federation of Sovern will recognize the independence, and preserve the sovereignty of every signatory party.
