NOTING the lack of needed manpower in multiple ministries
NOTICING that a large number of people in other ministries who have no active job that could be used elsewhere.
CONSIDERING the necessity of putting limitations on how many people can be in certain ministries according to their roles in the region and what jobs they entail.
HEREBY: Creates legislation in an attempt to resolve this.
Date of Chancellor's Assent
Active Job: A job in which a person has a clear and progressive task. Active jobs include:
- a) Maintaining and running government-sponsored/run programs and channels;
b) Serving as an ambassador to another region;
c) Investigating criminals in accordance with directions from the courts and the Ministry of Justice;
d) Serving in the Inquisition; and
e) Any other role deemed to be an active job by the Chancellor or relevant Minister.
2. Staff limitations
Each active job should have no more than two staff members: one to run it, and one to serve as a backup or as a trainee/junior staffer.
It is the responsibility of the minister to ensure that new staff are being trained and must delegate them to other staff members who can train them.
