The capital of Nuovo-Venezia is San Luca, however the national capital, Sabazio, is also situated in Nuovo-Venezia. The Region is mainly flat, but is more mountainous in the south. More than one third of the population lives in Nuovo-Venezia. The Demographics of the state reveal that San Montagnans of Italian origin are the majority of the population, although there is a significant Khas-kirati minority.

Chatha

Chatha is one of 2 Provinces made up of land taken from Athara magarat during the 30th Parallel War. The Capital is Adige, which is also known by its Chepang name of Chyo-bang City. The Terrain of Chatha is comprised mainly of plains. Since, 1994, Separatist movements have caused destabilization, mainly in Areas near the border with Athara Magarat. The Majority of the population are Khas Kirati(Mainly Chepangs)

Terra-Nuova(Jaring)

Terra-Nuova(formerly known as Jaring) Is the second province taken from Athara magarat during the 30th Parallel war. The Capital is Porto Alberto. The Terrain is Mountainous. Like Chatha, Separatist groups are also active in the Province. The majority of the population are Khas-kirati(Mainly Santhals and Rajbansi) although there are significant Lyekan and Italian Minorities

Monte

Monte borders Terra-Nuova, Lyeka and Piescana. Monte is a mountainous and sparsely populated province in San Montagna. Over 3 thirds of the province's population lives in the Capital, Villa inMontagna. The province is the poorest out of all the San montagnan provinces. The Demographics reveal that the population is split mainly between ethnic Lyekans and the Khas-Kirati.

Piescana

Piescana Borders Monte, Lyeka, Terra-nuova, Giulia and Chatha. The Region is known for its farming, and as such, its economy is dependent on Agriculture. The Province has the second smallest population after Monte. Italians are the majority in the province, the majority of them living in the capital, Fiorenzo. The Remainder of the population are mainly Lyekan and Khas-kirati and are the majority in rural areas of Piescana.

Giulia

borders Piescana, Nuovo-Venezia, Chatha, Lyeka and Ravenna. Giulia, like Piescana has an agriculture based economy. The Province boasts several rivers, as well as extensive farmlands. Italians form the majority of the province, and unlike in Piescana, are not concentrated mainly in the capital, and as such are also the majority in rural areas of Giulia. Lyekans form the largest Minority in the province.

Lyeka

Lyeka is the second poorest province in San Montagna. Its Geography is comparable to that of Northern Menna Shulli. The Province was created out of annexed Lyekan lands in the 19th century, up until that point it was considered a territory of San Montagna. Lyeka boasts the distinction of being the only San Montagnan Province with a Lyekan majority. It is also the 4th most populated province.

Ravenna

Ravenna, like Piescana and Giulia, is a province known for agriculture. The province borders Nuovo-Venezia, Ravenna, Lyeka and Aquaviva. Together with Giulia and Ravenna it forms a region dubbed "Terra del Cibo" or "Food land" due to it being San Montagna's main producers of Agricultural and meat products. Ravenna has a majority Italian Population.

Aquaviva

Aquaviva is known as San Montagna's Beach for its Beaches and resorts, which is are a major destination for tourists heading to San Montagna. The majority of these lie in Fabrizio Bay, which is also home to the provincial capital, Vista-sul-Mare. Its interior is almost completely composed of plains, although the south of Aquaviva shares its geography with Menna Shulli. The Majority in the province are San Montagnans of Italian Descent, while the Lyekans and Khas-Kirati ethnicities form sizable minorities.
