The designation of the Offices & other departments that come under them are as follows:
ORul- Office of the Rādnya
The highest ranking office. This office represents the Rādnya (Ruler) Ārkaeya Wikramāditya. All decisions & legislations are handled by this office. All decisions of other offices are sanctioned by ORul, before being passed. ORul officially speaks for the Rādnya, and none except The Ruler himself, can challenge it.
ODef- Office of Defence
The most influential office, apart from ORul. Before any legislation is passed, ODef issues a no-objection to state that the legislation won't harm the defense sector. Even though ODef's objection status can be overruled or skipped by ORul, it rarely happens.
Apart from Defence, ODef has the designation for Diplomatic Coercion, which involves handling issues with nations that have gone beyond friendly talks, but don't (yet) necessitate waging a war.
Another designation of ODef is controlling the SNR, or the Samasbhi Niyudhya Rakṣakāṇi (𑀲𑀫𑀲𑁆𑀪𑀻 𑀦𑀺𑀬𑀼𑀥𑁆𑀬 𑀭𑀓𑁆𑀱𑀓𑀸𑀡𑀺), which is The Realm's covert operations & intel organization.
Olor- Office of Law & Order
This is the most well known & respected Office among the common populace. The Samasbh accord great respect to this office, as they consider order as a crucial part of society. Olor has the ability to formulate laws, to be cleared by ORul, and passed.
In emergency situations, it has the liberty to take decisions without consulting ORul, as long as they are pertinent to its designation, & doesn't cause serious damage to other Offices.
Olor also has the designation of Dispersion of Justice, where all internal disputes of the Realm are resolved.
ODip- Office of Diplomacy
The Office responsible for handling all external affairs. It is the official mouthpiece of the Realm, when concerned with foreign matters. Initiating talks & maintaining appropriate relations with other nations is its primary designation. All trans-national communications are carried out by ODip, and all nations are advised to address all messages to ODip.
In consultation with ODef, OSam, & by the approval of ORul, it has the authority to terminate/initiate diplomatic relations with other nations, & specify the foreign policy towards such nations.
OVid- Office of Science
The Office concerned with Scientific affairs. Its primary concerns are esoteric research, commercial R&D, military research (weapon technology), genetics, agrarian research, space research, AI, among others.
OVid also has the designation of Education, through which it handles all levels of public education.
All non-military space programmes also come under OVid.
OSam- Office of Economics
An Office with considerable influence. The Samasbh believe a nation's greatest strengths lie in its military, and economy. Hence this Office holds considerable clout, even among the common populace. Responsible for all economic affairs of The Realm, it advises ORul, as to the impact that legislations could have on the economy; but its concerns are only addressed after ONis gives its clearance.
Besides this, OSam has the designation of Industrial Regulator, under which, it oversees the matters of industries.
ONis- Office of Environment
The Office responsible for regulating & protecting The Realm's natural resources, biodiversity, weather & climate, and ecological balance. ONis reviews all pending legislations & opines about clearing them. Akin to ODef, its opinions can be skipped or overruled by ORul.
ONis also has the designation of Bio Guardian, in which it has control over The Realm's natural reserves, parks, & sanctuaries. It also advises OSam and ODef about the feasible locations for industrial & military programmes.
OCul- Office of Culture
The office handling all cultural affairs. All that comes under the domain of culture, comes under OCul. While it's jurisdictional powers are negligible, it is responsible for maintaining & promoting The Realm's culture. Folklore, cuisine, garb, archaeology, languages, conduct, religion, are the major areas where it works. It is responsible for upholding Waīwaswya, the official religion of The Realm.
Apart from this, OCul also has the designation of Tourism; once a separate Office. All tourism related activities are managed by it. Due to this, it has some say in decisions taken by ODip.
OWel- Office of Welfare
Responsible for the well being of The Realm's citizens, this office is one of the busiest. It suggests various schemes pertaining to welfare, to ORul; which then consults with other offices for feasibility.
OWel has the designations of Healthcare, Employment, Sports, among others.
It also acts as a regulator of industries pertaining to human rights.
OCol- Office of Colonies
This Office is responsible for governing all the colonies, protectorates, & direct vassals of The Realm. The governance pertaining to local concerns is handled by the local Office, which is referred in the colonies as ColO.
Decisions concerning the colonies as entities, are taken in consultation with, & by the approval of ORul. As the situation requires, ODef, ODip, & OSam are also consulted.
