Well Treatment of POW's act

We the writers of this act where forced to write act with the recent horrible treatment of capture soldier. We hope this act will help bring an end to all that.

1.All capture soldiers that are labeled as "enemy" shall be titled non-combatant and Prisoner of War.
2.All P.O.W's shall be given the basic necessities to live out the war in a WELL MAINTAINED government or military holding area.
3.The torture of a P.O.W shall now be labeled as a War Crime
4.The unwarrant execution of a P.O.W shall now be labeled as a War Crime.
5.At the end of hostilities between nation states all P.O.Ws will be released immediately.
