Referendums in Valkyria

Referendums in Valkyria
Referendums in Valkyria are held annually in the Valkyrian Republic. Since the country's founding in 2016, the Valkyrian Republic has held a national holiday called Referendum Day each year. On these days, Valkyrian citizens have voted on a wide range of referendums affecting the structure of the national government and adopting various forms of social policy. The referendums come to a vote as a result of citizen-led initiatives or submissions from the National Assembly or president.

Since 2017, a total of 19 referendums have come to a vote on Referendum Day. It has become part of the national culture of Valkyria to vote on Referendum Day because it is a unique civic holiday compared to other countries. These referendums have become a general indicator of the views and beliefs of the Valkyrian people.
