The Community of Psykorea is a gargantuan, efficient nation, notable for its flagrant waste-dumping, parental licensing program, and compulsory military service. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless population of 13.064 billion Psykoreans are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The medium-sized, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, although Law & Order, Industry, and Education are also considered important, while Welfare and Social Policy receive no funds. The average income tax rate is 97.2%.

The frighteningly efficient Psykorean economy, worth a remarkable 7,577 trillion Ankhs a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is an enormous, deeply entrenched, broadly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Retail, and Uranium Mining. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is a breathtaking 579,991 Ankhs, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 1,924,036 per year while the poor average 130,489, a ratio of 14.7 to 1.

Students everywhere have been despairing after the recent ban on video games, bicycle parking sheds have sprouted like mushrooms near rail stations after cars were banned, historic buildings are being demolished to allow for road-widening in the city centre, and a typical fast food menu item could serve a small army. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Psykorea's national animal is the Dinosaur, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Psykorea is ranked 777th in the world and 24th in the South Pacific for Most Secular, with 99.17 Atheism Rate.
