Pilartic (/piːlɒrtek/ or /piːlɒrtɪk/, in Pilartic (Pilɒrtək)) is a constructed Zonal Auxiliary Language, and the Official language (as well as lingua franca) of the Confederal Alliance of Pilarcraft. The Grande Assembly created this language in order to make communication and cooperation easier on the national level.

Until before the Cataclysm, Pilarcraft did not have an official Language. Pilartic, as a language, was used but each the Common Tongue was the de facto lingua franca, legally speaking, each of the states spoke, wrote, and documented their political and legal actions in their own language. There being at least 7 different official languages for the different States, things could get quite chaotic.
This chaotic problem manifested itself in the Mananaut Occupation, when the Different Peacekeeper Armies were incapable of communicating and coordinating tactics quickly enough to build a defense in Patermut, Syroden and Ulya Sten.
After the Cataclysm, and seeing all the different societies with their own languages, and even the existence of constructed Languages such as Esperanto, the Council of Ambassadors proposed an Official Language to be created.
despite the proposal receiving mixed views, it passed with a majority of 960-528 (with 312 abstaining), and the Grande Assembly was formed once again, this time to craft the new Language.
The Language was introduced two years after the process began, and the Council voted in favor of it. The Unitary Guild of Engineers, with the help of Future Inc, created a Biotechnologic Tablet pill that allowed the Pilartics to learn the language.

Linguistic Properties
The Pilartic Alphabet is based on the Latin Script, using a one-sound-one-letter principle (except for /y/, which can have either J or Y, and /ee/, which can have either I or Y). It includes two letters with diacritics: ĉ, ŝ. The does not include the letters c, q, w, or x.

The 27-letter alphabet is as followed, with how they can sounds:

All unaccented letters are pronounced approximately as in the IPA, withthe exception of c. Pilartic C is used in a way familiar to speakers of many European languages, but which is largely unfamiliar to English Speakers. J can, depending on the word, have a Y sound, as in Yellow or Boy. The Accented letters are like the h-digraphs in English. Ĉ is pronounced like English ch, and ŝ like sh. ĵ has a zh sound, as in fusion or French Jacques.

The Language is structurally similar to English, with a few exceptions: it has no equivalent to English Apostrophes (And tends to place prepositional phrases earlier in sentences, with the verb tense often ignored, When not, a d before the finishing en can show past, while in is decidedly for the future tense.)
To make a word plural, The last letter of a singular word is repeated, and followed once by the last vowel in the word (as "Həd" (or Hed) is the word for prince, the plural word would be Hedde (or Hedii').

The Singular possessive (my, Your, his, her, etc) is formed by adding the word for ("Mine", "Yours", "His", "Hers", etc) to the word with a hyphen. So, to say "My Prince", a Pilartic would say "Həd-mi" or "Hed-mi"

The Pilartic Sentence Structure is as followed: "Verb- Subject-", or "Verb- Subject- Object-", though as time as gone by, this rule has slowly lost its effect.
And, Pilartic is completely Gender Neutral in its grammar.

Numbers in Pilartic are created as Followed: ...-Thousand-Hundred-less. for example 1592 would be One-Five-Nine'ten-Two.
For numbers bellow 100, it is generally (Number'ten-Number), for example 15 would be Ten-five, while 35 would be Three'ten-five.
To make note of numbers, we use Number'zero. so, twelve millions makes "ten-two-siz'zero"

Pilartic has 27 words, 19 of them Constants and 8 Vowels: these Vowels are, as followed, A, Ə, I, O, U,, Y.
