To establish a separate Parliament for the youth in the House of Representatives.
    Be it enacted by the House of Lords and House of Representatives of the Empire of Picairn in Parliament assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.

    (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the "Youth Parliament Act of 2001".
    (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.—The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
