To provide for the establishment, development and management of the Special Economic Zones for the promotion of trade and overall prosperity.
- Be it enacted by the House of Lords and House of Representatives of the Empire of Picairn in Parliament assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
- (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the "The Special Economic Zones Act of 1999".
(b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.—The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents.
Sec. 2. Definitions.
Sec. 101. Procedure to establish a Special Economic Zone.
Sec. 102. Designation of processing and non-processing areas within the zone.
Sec. 103. Exemption from all taxes, duties and tariffs.
