First of all, let's look at Simonia's "giveaway".
Second, let's look at the definition of both "giveaway" and "lottery". A giveaway is defined as "a thing that is given free, often for promotional purposes.". A lottery is defined as "something with a prize of something of value, the winner being selected by random chance, and consideration to participate in the lottery, often payment."
Let's look at Simonia's "giveaway" again. They're offering a card, prize. '30 random nations", chance. And needing to upvote the dispatch for a chance to win a card, consideration. One may argue that upvoting is not a requirement, but that is flawed, because Godular told me I could only upvote 100 dispatches or else...
Also your chances are very astronomically low, it's practically required...

But what's this? "30 to nations I know"?? That's even worse, Simonia! Not only did you run an illegal lottery, but you skew the odds in your friends' favour? Oh, Simonia, don't tell me... you're MrBeast in disguise?!

So, what is a 'bad' death chart? One where not a lot of people die of old age? What's old age? According to something, dying of old age is "When most of us say that someone died of old age, what we really mean is that someone died as a result of an illness (like pneumonia) or as a result of an event (like a heart attack) that a healthy, stronger, younger person would likely have survived.". Dying of pneumonia or a Heart Attack isn't good, Lethinia! It's very painful! Also, you claim that a good death chart is comprised of a lot of 'old age' deaths, but little do you know, in my country, when people die of old age, they slowly rot while still alive!
Also, there is no such thing as a 'good' death chart! You saying that a death chart is good, you are implying that you WANT people to die, you are a maniac!
Ignoring all of that, according to your pookie's rating system, you in fact, have a 'bad' death chart! Oh, the hypocrisy!!

Charges: Wanting people to die, and being a hypocrite.
Punishment: You can only drink spoiled goat milk for 3 days.

In a recent RMB post, he claimed that I wasn't allowed to make my own lore for my death chart. This truly sickens me, as this downright says that one cannot make lore about their death chart, which actively discourages creativity in the NationStates community. Also, it implies that I am unable to create lore due to my... uh... love of sour cream on potatoes...
Verdict: GUILTY
