Overview
Jophiel Naamah Abaddon Metatron is the most powerful and one of the most influential people in Panaderia who's power and intelligence is unrivaled. She is the leader of the Panaderian Armed Forces, the Arts organization and fought in the New Year Revolution. Someone that Fehkin considers a close friend due to their similar thinking and years of working together. She has implemented many changes into the armed forces bringing in the use of Arts users and modernizing the doctrinal thinking of the armed forces. She has also revived the dead Navy and revitalized the Air Force after years of neglected by the old administration turning Panaderia into a military superpower in a few short years.
Appearance
Jophiel is a female standing at only 5 feet, with knee length pure white hair, her eyes swirl with many different colors but she claims her eyes are primarily purple, she has a very young looking face. She has a long draconic tail with a pink coming from her tailbone, two similarly colored draconic wings coming from her back, and two similarly colored draconic horns coming from her head. Due to Jophiel's power she is surrounded by a aurora like aura which can be lethal in long periods to weaker individuals.
Jophiel's has only seen wearing a white mermaid dress with pink designs and two pink ribbons she uses to keep her hair up, she claims this outfit was a gift from Fehkira. The outfit also seems to be infused with the arts, never requiring cleaning nor has it seemed to degrade. Jophiel does not seem to weild any weapons.
Rise To Power
There are no known records of Jophiel before her meeting with Fehkira during the New Year Revolution. A few days after the revolution began Jophiel was always seen with Fehkira leading to how the two met being entirely unknown. Jophiel's power has always been in tandem with Fehkira's.

Overview
On January 1, 2070, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the New Year Revolution both Jophiel and Itahnya had previously decided to have a mock demonstrational battle as a display of the power of the Arts and the strength of Panaderia. The battle took place East of the abandoned town of Valan, Norway and was broadcast to the entire nation. The battle was decided to last 20 minutes, starting at 11:40 and ending at 12:00 with a 1km defensive line around the officials.
Battle
The battle began on January 1, 2070, at 11:40 with Jophiel and Itahnya displaying basic forms attack and defense Arts as simple demonstrations. At 11:53 a large group of terrorist forces broke through the defensive line around the fighting area leading to a state of emergency to be called. All official documentation and recordings of events that followed have been seized, however both Jophiel and Itahnya were seen the next day unharmed. The fate of the terrorist forces are still unknown.
Aftermath and International Response
This event lead to Jophiel starting a massive crackdown on anti-governmental activities along with multiple accusations of the terrorist group being American sponsored. American officials denied all involvement claiming Panaderia set up the attack as a propaganda program against them while the Alkebulan states made no comments on the event.
