The Orinoccovian currency, where did it come from?

The Orinoccovian currency, as most distinguished people know, is the wonderful hollander, known for the pretty inscriptions on the paper. The size of the paper depends of it's value, that being: 1, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 hollanders.
The name of "Hollander" comes from it's direct manufacturers, the Dutch, also called hollanders, although, even after it's independence war against them, the name caught on, and stayed the national currency of Orinoccov. The value of the Hollander has unfortunately inflated for the past decade due to our uranium mines, although for the past few years, with the developing economy, our economists are working on improving our unfortunate situation. The Hollander is now worth a somewhat stable 2.75 US dollars.
