The Empire Ruled by a goddess of NOVA-Gallia is a huge, orderly nation, notable for its ubiquitous missile silos, free-roaming dinosaurs, and restrictive gun laws. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 691 million NOVA-Gallians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, with Law & Order, Spirituality, and Administration also on the agenda, while Environment and Welfare aren't funded at all. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Lunaria. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 53.9%.

The powerhouse NOVA-Gallian economy, worth 71.1 trillion Francs a year, is mostly comprised of black market activity, especially in Arms Manufacturing, Uranium Mining, Woodchip Exports, and Furniture Restoration. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is an impressive 102,875 Francs, but there is a large disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 391,045 per year while the poor average 18,766, a ratio of 20.8 to 1.

The Farmer's Almanac is the most popular college textbook, warfare increasingly resembles a video game, glassy-eyed NOVA-Gallian wives lifelessly chant "I love you" on command, and the government spends twice as much reclaiming lost settlements from the sea as it could've on coastal defences. Crime is a serious problem, possibly because it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many regulations. NOVA-Gallia's national animal is the Leprechaun, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

NOVA-Gallia is ranked 5,291st in the world and 175th in The East Pacific for Nudest, with 1,153.5 Cheeks Per Square Mile.
