The The People's Democratic Holy Islamic Catholic Christian Secular Communist People's Republican Dictatorship and Union of The Revolutionary People's Eternal Democratic Council and Military Junta of the Regime and Democracy of Comrade Joseph Stalin's playthings of Newne Carriebean commonly called Carriebean, is a GOVERNMENT TYPE in LOCATION. It is bordered on the north by the United States, on the south by Brazil, by the east by The Atlantic ocean,carribean sea and gulf of Mexico and on the southwest by Peru. Carriebean covers 1.256 million square kilometers and has has an estimated population of 3,095,000,000. Carriebean comprises of 75 states in 15 regions.

Etymology
The name of the nation is mainly thanks to the result of the legend of carrie the saint in 1024 AD, the myth was spread throughout the land, the Lexonian rulers at the time tried to stop it, but they were unsuccessful and so it spread, when the constitution was being made in 1370, they decided to name the Nation Carriebean, after the menor olde carriespeakian word " Cariebantu, which meant "determined alliance." the name has stuck ever since. The standard way to refer to a citizen of Carriebean is as a Carriebeaner

Demographics

The Demographics of carriebean are always changing and adjusting, with the Main Ethnic groups being comprised of:
70 to 68% Ethnically Carriebeanian
10% Hispanic
5% Korean(mainly from the north)
5% Norweigan
4% swedish
3% Spanish.
What is also in there are 8.86% ( almost 9%) total of non humanoid groups, with Canine's making the biggest group at 2.06%, there are also Monkeys, rabbits, tigers, bears,Turtles and Lions, the Canines and the Turtles hate each other, along with the lions, tigers and bears who do not like turtles, the monkeys are Ok with rabbits and are scared of canines, one of the reasons why the turtles like the monkeys and rabbits. it's very complicated. Many of these animals were bread by their western European and american owners and came here as circus folk and pets, the dogs found out how to speak in 1822, turtles took until 1865, bears in 1844,Tigers found out in 1706 but lost it in 1733, they regained it in 1886. Rabbits were in 1890, Monkeys and lions both found out in 1945, at the end of world war II.

These different minority groups have been clamoring for their right to vote, which was finally passed in 1950 and saw several brief turtle party and other anthropomorphic like parties who pushed for more civil liberties in the nation. these communities have had a heated but (somewhat) stable coexistence in the Nation of Carriebean, occasional disrupted by racial tensions that boil over, such as in:

Language
Carriebeans speak generally two or three languages, the first is their native tongue, Carriespeak, Carriespeak was a descendant from the Lexonian speak known as Lexichat, which was the Lexonian's language. Once Independence was given by a bloody war in the 1360s, Many Carriebeans felt a sense of nationalism and expansionism that lead to a separate dialect developing inside Carriebean, it was called Carriespeak, today's Olde Carriespeak. this form of tongue has 30 letters, the traditional A-Z and four "Special, French and Spanish influenced letters, such as the T'o ( T' owa) the G'hsha (Jahasha), the U'saito ( You sigh tow) and the qui sent Charonte, or ( Chi sent chair on teh).

The T'o was used when you were introducing someone's name, such as
" His name is Bob."
"T'o Bob."
G'hsha was used when departing or as a way of saying I'm sorry, used interchangeably, (with the Mu in this example being the am part.)
" I am sorry leader."
"G'hsha Mu koingse"
U'saito was used as a way of respect toward elders or members of the military, used in front of their rank, but only if they were in the navy or army, if they were in the air force, you would drop it and put a " Kansu" prefix in front of their name or action they were doing.

" U'saito me abuelo david, gashi tu."
qui sent Charonte is used in the beginning to a question, with the literal meaning being: You said cholera, but often is it gestured with the lowering of the palm and a pan upwards at the face of the person the saying is directed act.
"What is my favorite color?"
"qui sent Charonte Kerler dos fuernvarate?"
In order to make the difference between the various forms of questions, Certain Parts of the phrase are either Capitalized or Italicized.
q in the beginning designates what is being spoken about,with little drawings being above the lowercase q in school books to answer this.
The e in the second word may be swapped out only for a, u or a o, with the U designating it is asking about a person, and the O designating it is asking about any location,with the A designating it asking a self question or a rhetorical one.

Newne Carriespeak still uses the traditional 26 English letters of A-Z, but drops G'hsha as a form of apology or parting phrase and replaces qui sent Charonte with Qi sen Charonte (Chi sen Chair on teh).
The difference between qui sent Charonte with Qi sen Charonte is that the latter is used depending the choice of three emotions of the speaker, all still used when asking a question.

Government And Politics
The Carriebeanian Government is a Constitutional Empire and Republic, with three branches of government:
1. Imperial Branch.
This Comprises of the Emperor and his staff, the emperor has the power to overrule some decisions made by the congress and Parliament, but may only conduct three out of ten acts of government, laws and bills, with the remaining seven being cast onto parliament’s plate. The staff may serve for life or until an appointed replacement has been found for them.
2. Congressional Branch
Congress has five members for each of the 75 states in the union, However, the actual number of voting state seats is 73 because two of these state seats are nonvoting delegates that are appointed by the President. This leaves the total number of seats at 365. The congress is a unicameral legislation made up of the aforementioned members of each state. The positions are Congressional Majority and Congressional Minority leaders, which may be and often are members of opposing parties. These are positions which the candidate for president won the most and least amount of seats for their parties in congress. Made up of representatives who serve a maximum of six five year terms if they are lucky. The same goes for the president, which must win a minimum of half of the 365 seats in congress in order to win the election and become President of the nation.
3.Parliamentarian Branch
The parliament is made up of some 7,300 members, with each state electing 20 members to parliament in the lower houses, Parliament may do seven out of every ten actions in a day, if the day ends with less than an even number, like 35, parliament will take credit for 21, with the emperor doing 14. Each parliament member serves a maximum of two five year terms. It is lead by a Parliamentarian Majority leader, which is the candidate for president whose party won the most seats in parliament, but lost the presidency. The Parliamentarian Majority Leader works closely with the Prime Minister in calling items to vote and getting members of political parties to vote alongside the respective party lines. The Parliamentarian Minority leader is the candidate for president whose party won the least seats in parliament, but the number cannot be zero or a negative.
Region and States
In Carriebean there are two types of administrative Divisions, Regions and States. Regions are made up of states, with the number of states in a region being the number of representatives it's fixed to get every 20 years since the introduction of Regions in the year 1860. After twenty years, these divisions in states can be altered through actions with the consent of the governor of the state and the Regional Representative that sits on the Council. A way to sort of compare it would be redistricting every 10 years in the United States. The total number of States is 75, with five states being equally made up in each of the 15 regions. The Next time these divisions are to be redrawn is in 2020.

Each of these states elects five representatives to sit on the State Representative Council of 375 members. Each region has the five states send 100 representatives for each state to the Larger Regional Representational Council of 7,500 members who are in charge of the allocation of funds through various Regional committees. Each of these states are further divided down into 25 counties for each, with four county representatives from each county making up the RRC for each state.

The terms for these representatives vary, with each Regional Representative serving unlimited 3 year terms until death or retirement. The Governors of each state vary in their terms of governance, ranging from a bare minimum of 4 years as Governor to upwards of a double 12 year terms of office. Each county representative must serve no more than twice in 2 year terms of office as a means to bring fresh blood into the offices. The Governor of each state is in charge of collecting taxes,maintaining public services,educational development,spending the allocated taxation and government granted money with the consent of it's county representatives who also form up each state's congress of 75 members (3 from each county). The Powers of the state congresses include passing laws,overriding governor's vetoes on bills, allocating funds, mobilizing the state militias with the advice and consent of the Governor, Having the power to declare war on other states over disagreements in crime and human trafficking and more.

Judicial Branch of Government
The People's National Court of Carriebean is the highest judicial assembly and the highest national court in the nation. Established by the Judicial Powers section of the Carriebeanian Constitution of 1855, the People's National Court has gone through centuries of change and modifications. Today, the institution functions with ultimate appellate jurisdiction over all lower courts, civil as well as military, over lower courts in questions involving national laws and over a small range of original jurisdiction, especially related to capital punishment. The People's National Court of Carriebean has the final say in judicial disputes between individuals or Districts and when the legality of the constitution is called into question.

The People's National Court of Carriebean is normally comprised of 12 Supreme Court Justices, of which 2 will be appointed to the position of Chief Justice. The appointee of a People's National Court Justice is any justice or analyzer of constitutional thought, while the Chief Justices are nominated by the nation's District Courts and appointed with the consent of Congress. Once appointed, each Supreme Court Justice has a maximum tenure of 25 years unless they are removed, impeach, retire prior to their termination date. The Court meets in the People's Courtroom building adjacent to the Congress Building in Carriebean City.

The People's National Court is comprised of 12 members. In the begining of 1857, the Pirate's National Court was the supreme law force,replacing the ages of several hundred citizen justices that roamed around in vigilante style justice mobs,which were outlawed in 1908, except the states of New Bendelton,South Scoffhent,Gabeslanten,Travisville,Genso Daiyoko,Nagaoka Ponsi,Chermerstyalsk,El Sabor City and United Palvalavos. In 1960, with the overthrow of the Carriebeanian Monarchy, the Court system was replaced with a Military Style courts, that's jobs were to follow the laws in the altered CRA constitution

The Appointment of a People's National Court Justice begins at any one of the nation's 12 District Courts, in which the Congressional Court,National Court and Royal Court all have interviews and 3 hour meetings each Tuesday on the fourth week of January and must reach a decision and pass it on to the upper course within three weeks of each other. At any time during this process, the superior court (example Royal Court and National Court) may invoke a writ of Caucus, which suspends the court for one day and allows them to come to a compromise on the time that they will meet next Monday. If no decision is reached, the Courts go to a final vote once interviews with the candidate have been fulfilled,and if that passes, The person becomes a Permanent Justice of the People's National Court, upon swearing in by the president,Confirmed by both Congress and all three houses of Parliament, then reconfirmed with the official swearing in by the President on March 1st.

The court is currently filled with 12 Chief Justices, with the most recent being Chief Justice Lazlo Tillwalus, who was nominated by District Court 12 on December 14th,2015 and confirmed by Congress on March 10th,2016.

Foreign Relations and Military

Carriebean has some pretty powerful allies, such as the United States and China. It maintains embassies with many African, Asian and European nations, and conducts joint military drills with North Korea and China every year in response to the United State’s military drills with South Korea that happen yearly.
Mauritania,Niger,Chad,Algeria,Mali,Nigeria,Cameroon,Equatorial Guinea,Gabon,Congo,CAR,Egypt,Libya,Tunisia,Botswana,Namibia, and Angola are nations in which we have trade deals, embassies and consulates with many of these nations, and our relations with Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, Mauritania and Somalia are very high, but with Somalia, we are firm allies and have sold millions of Sais worth of military equipment and high tech gear to supply the Somalian navy army and air force, including an Aircraft Carrier, the old David IV, a 76,200 ton 75 jet carrying vessel with a crew of 2,100 in October of last year.

The Carriebeanian Royal Army's loyalty is always in question, as the government and army's favorite pastime is overthrowing the government,usually over legitimate reasons,such as supporting an opposing monarch, getting rid of an oppressive regime, as what happened in 1990.

The Carriebean Navy is the second largest of the three branches, with nine Aircraft Carriers, with two more planned and one to be scrapped within five years, along with ten battleships,40 frigates,200 destroyers,150 corvettes,almost 300 submarines, 136 coastal defense craft, 100 minesweepers, over 500 patrol ships and close to 450 other vessels, bringing a total number of ships at 1,895 ships, almost two thousand ships in the navy, and 500,000 sailors and 100,000 officers bringing a slight strain on the carriebean's economy,along with the fact that 30 of the 300 submarines are nuclear powered and have nuclear weapons onboard, remnants of the Cold War.

The Carriebeanian Economy is run by the government, with them running everything. the Gross Domestic Product for the Nation is 656 trillion Sais a year,and increasing by 1.5 to 2% annually,slowing down because of the global recession. the nation has major government run corporations that assist in the labor industries.(known as slavery.) electronic parts,fruit though Oil is one of the nation's top exports to mainly North Korea, China and the United States. the private sector is next to nonexistent, except with joint ventures such as Calitech mart, a Californian united states based company that specializes in electronics and computer chips for the growing computer industries in carriebean. the Carriebean's largest trading partners as of 2016 are:

Infrastructure
In the early 2000's with the end of the civil war, there was a massive population boom, the carriebean population increased from 43 million in 2000 to 1.105 billion in 2010, this massive growth meant a predicted increase of 139 million new drivers on Carriebean's roads, the government, seeing this outcome, began a massive construction of a highway system, after a few weeks of negotiations with the houses in the way ( they were allegedly all burned down with their owners in them or crushed alive when the construction crews arrived and knocked it down)
Construction began on May 5th,2006 and finished on May 28th,2015 after nine years of construction. by that time, there were slightly less drivers on the carriebeanian roadways, but the population explosion offset that by making the Carriebean Way, as it was called by state run media, made the government owned companies recoup their losses within the first week of tolls, which came to an end June 14th,2016 when the government outlawed private industry in the form of tolls.

elsewhere, a massive Railway network was being done, in order to connect passangers underground and to mining jobs because of vast mineral deposits in the areas, almost 3 billion tracks were laid and made into a spwraling rail network that connected the nation end to end, underground and overground. there were even rail toll bridges that poured more money into the nation's coffers to spend on the military.
