Evolution of New Superstanian Government [WIP - PRONE TO CHANGE]

1954 - Initially, New Superstan's (formerly Supertopia) leaders were elected, as they were but a city under the larger Graktian empire.
1956 - However, Alex Araquin was forced to grant corporations political power in exchange for key supplies he needed to fend off Graktian forces - New Superstan was now ran by an 'elected' Oligarchy
1958 - After the Federation was formed, it was lead by a council of leaders from every member, each with equal say and power.
196 - Alex Araquin became the President of the Federation for life
