The Triple State Executive (Portuguese: Triplíce Executiva do Estado - TEE) is the three-member body which acts as the Executive Branch of New Catarina. It is seated by: Ana Maria dos Santos, leader of the Catarinense Army; Anderson Damâso Pereira, leader of the Police of New Catarina; and Mario Oliveira Gravato, leader of the Poterre.

Their position was officialized during the unification of New Catarina, where the "Unification Council" decided that they would act as the Executive Branch for life. They had won the civil war under the popular nickname of Hidra (Portuguese for Hydra), which is theorized to have come from the Lernaean Hydra. Either because of the popular representation of It having three heads, or since once Jorge Teodoro dos Santos died three people took his place, as certain tales of the myth say that cutting one head makes 3 others show up.

Many have speculated the reasons for them not fighting against one another. The writer [Unknown] theorizes about the "The Triple Stalemate", which essentially says that they realize that conflict amongst them would be devastating for all parties, because the high militarization of PNC and revolutionary army, also because it would probably ruin their reputation with the populace. The most popular idea, writen by [Unknown], is that the three, together, have a "monopoly on violence" and by coming together they could, essentially, not be stopped by any internal violent threats, only having to care about popular support.

In case of unanimous vote of the three members, the TEE can veto any decision of the Representative Assembly. It also works closely with the PPC, which is the main party of the Representative. This is part of the high level of control that the triple has over the state, with it also having major control of the Judiciary Branch as most of its high ranking members are part of the Poterre.
