The information here is geared toward MT-trade and canon, but it can be applicable to PT and PMT as well, depending on context. It lists legal exports and imports first, and illegal exports and imports second. Generally other resources might be extracted and good produced that aren't listed here; it's safe to assume that those are only relevant for the national market and aren't exported, or just aren't produced in big enough quantities. Einfuhrbann (Banned Imports)
1. Total ban
Animal and/or human trafficking, cigars/cigarettes, mercenaries, narcotics, pornography involving non-consenting participants (e.g. bestiality, child pornography, necrophilia, etc), slaves/thralls, various chemicals/substances hazardous to humans and/or the environment; other
2. Limited ban
Concealable weapons, handguns/pistols, human body parts, mail-order brides/husbands, tobacco and related products, various chemicals/substances hazardous to humans and/or the environment; other

Total ban means the mentioned items are either illegal, e.g. cigarettes, or not legally recognised, e.g. slaves, in the Prut Meritocracy. In any case, trading in such items results in serious legal and financial repercussions. Smuggling such items can result in even more severe penalties. Limited ban means that some legal restrictions exists for the mentioned items, usually implying special oversight and/or special permit/licences are needed for trading in them, e.g. collectors can import disabled handguns as part of a collection, 
but otherwise use and possession of handguns is severely restricted.
