The Kingdom of Neo-Numenor is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by King Elendil with an even hand, and renowned for its national health service, compulsory military service, and punitive income tax rates. The compassionate population of 1.425 billion Neo-Numenoreans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The large government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Armenelos. The average income tax rate is 64.6%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The thriving Neo-Numenorean economy, worth 121 trillion Rings of Power a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Tourism, Arms Manufacturing, and Beef-Based Agriculture. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is 85,305 Rings of Power, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The bonfire of the old paper records can be seen for miles around Armenelos, gambling is outlawed, military spending is on the increase, and foreign 'investors' have been taking a great interest in the new secret shuttle. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Neo-Numenor's national animal is the Giant Eagle, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies.

Neo-Numenor is ranked 265,861st in the world and 48th in Liberlandia for Most Primitive, scoring -147.37 on the Scary Big Number Scale.
