NATION NAME
The Republic of Meresed, commonly called Meresed, is a Republic in Hive. It is an island. Meresed covers 110,993.6 square kilometres and has an estimated population of 6.21 million people. Meresed comprises of six provinces. The capital city is named Alofi and is the largest city in the country with an estimated population in the metro area of 1.5 million people.

Meresd takes its name from Noah Meresedson, the nation's first President who transformed the separate provinces into a unified country. He was ethnically American.

In 1900 this country was colonized by the United States. The nation was used as a forward outpost in the Atlantic Ocean. The country was Unified by a young Noah Meresedson who petitioned for independence with a popular referendum.

Meresed is an Island nation in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a part of the Hive Region. The Southern Coast is extremely rocky and used more for fishing than for leisure. North is where mines are. Lumber is also in the north west.
Meresed has a mild climate with average highs of 85 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer and average lows of 52 degrees Fahrenheit in the winters.
