The Republic of Malanasia is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, renowned for its rampant corporate plagiarism, absence of drug laws, and spontaneously combusting cars. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic, humorless population of 16.119 billion Malanasians live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, corrupt, liberal, pro-business, outspoken individuals is primarily concerned with Industry, with Education and International Aid also on the agenda, while Environment and Law & Order are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Swildie. Income tax is unheard of.

The frighteningly efficient Malanese economy, worth a remarkable 4,127 trillion ounces a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is broadly diversified and led by the Gambling industry, with major contributions from Retail, Soda Sales, and Uranium Mining. Average income is an amazing 256,090 ounces, but there is a vast disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 1,842,196 per year while the poor average 11,466, a ratio of 160 to 1.

One lone government employee can be seen hunting for the elusive stray white dog, proper policy proposals prerequire professional peer-reviewed papers, fur coats have become the latest fashion trend, and corrupt industrial practices are spreading like a plague. Crime, especially youth-related, is so common that it is unusual to encounter someone following the law, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Malanasia's national animal is the eagle, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is freethought.

Malanasia is ranked 11,058th in the world and 398th in The North Pacific for Nudest, with 219 Cheeks Per Square Mile.
