The Kingdom of Luzyce is a massive, efficient nation, ruled by Frederick with an iron fist, and remarkable for its complete lack of prisons, sprawling nuclear power plants, and digital currency. The compassionate, cynical, devout population of 4.218 billion Luzyceans are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The enormous, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Education, and Law & Order. The average income tax rate is 68.5%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The very strong Luzycean economy, worth 284 trillion Marks a year, is led by the Basket Weaving industry, with major contributions from Book Publishing, Trout Farming, and Tourism. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 67,372 Marks, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Eau de Trashcan has become a wildly popular perfume, government officials frequently cut taxes as a distraction from antics with their secretaries, sex changes are routinely performed at Luzyce's hospitals, and there's more vermin than ever on the metro. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Luzyce's national animal is the Stag, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Atenism.

Luzyce is ranked 157,228th in the world and 5,254th in Osiris for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring -1.18 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
