I) The Imperialistic Republic of Lungha is a maritime nation that has already invested heavily into building an expansive merchant fleet that is more than capable of delivering good around the world. We reject the land route and ask for expanded sea lanes as our fleets are extremely capable of keeping up with trade demand.
II) In this proposal we will ask that trade routes be extended from Lungha to other nations via protected sea routes.

Hong kong empire
If they would accept Lunghan bid of 5 Billion Platinum Slivers to buy coastal land to build deep water ports to support the SCG XL Tempura Class Container ship as well a future XL cargo transport vessels. By allowing this Goods can be easily and safely transported across the seas.
III) We Ask that HKE and GSR Allow the expansion or creation of an canal at the isthmus of the great continent. Lungha will fund 8 billion Platnium Slivers to the expansion of the Canal and will contribute the same to the construction of one if there isn't a canal already built.
