Declaring Fluidity in Political Offices for the Treangolist Realization of
La Paz de Los Ricos

Preamble:

The Fluidity Accords are Presented to the Treangolist Triultarchy Third Ex-Commander Gragoro͑ Gute͑ris, and have been Revised by First National Ex-Ultarch Antre Kino͑no, on the Basis of Providing a foundation on which changes in leadership will serve not to erode but to strengthen our national unity, and to prevent any event such as the ones from centuries ago from taking hold again.

The Fluidity Accords shall Always be Considered Relevant, due to their Mission of Providing Swift and Easy Transitions between Government Offices, to Prevent Political Discord or Stalling from Plaguing the Treangolist Triultarchy as it so Plentifully Plagued the Breakaway Commandancy. On these Triumphs we Stand, and it is Necessary for La Paz de Los Ricos to Pen these Accords in Order to Provide an Easy Method to Harbor Fluid Interchanges in the Ricano State, in the Events of Any and All Exchanges, Creations, or Abolishments of Ricano Offices, and at the Behest of Anyone who Holds these Offices.


Foreword:

These Accords are Intended to be Read and Understood by the Nation, the State, and the Person, and are Meant to Provide an Understanding of the Ideal Method of Fluid Government Interaction and Reaction. By Extension, these Articles are Intended to be Read and Understood by the Nation, the State, and the Person in the Event the State Fails its Responsibilities to the Nation or the Person, or the Government is in some way, Unable to Fulfill its Responsibilities, or Some Alien Threat Incapacitates the State, or the State harbors Malicious Intent on the Other Angles, or Any Other Event Neglected-to-Mention here Occurs.


Articles

Chapter 1 - Circumstances:

I.) The Fluidity Accords shall be Enacted whenever any political office in La Paz de Los Ricos is vacated due to the natural transition of powers present in the State.

I - I.) In this case, “natural transition” may be defined as the typical change in leadership and legislature present in La Paz de Los Ricos’ governance.

I - II.) In accordance and in tandem with this definition, may also be the definition of the creation of new political offices. “New political office” may be defined as a new position previously nonexistent, made in order to delegate new powers previously absent.

II.) The Fluidity Accords shall be Enacted whenever any political office in La Paz de Los Ricos is vacated due to a mysterious, unforeseen, or unprecedented circumstance, or any other abnormal situation not characterized by malicious intent or the wish to harm the Nation, the State, or the Person.

II - I.) In this case, “mysterious, unforeseen, or unprecedented circumstance” may encompass a myriad of definitions. The most broad one may be defined as “any situation in where a political office is left unattended for a period of time due to any reason which, while not falling within Chapter One Article I’s standard guidelines, does not constitute a Chapter One Article III level offense, or is not a malicious exit by the vacator.”

II - II.) In accordance and in tandem with this definition, may also be the definition of an odd or unusual circumstance not characterized by any concerning situation as characterized in Chapter One Article II’s previous definitions, while not falling within Chapter One Article I or Article III’s guidelines either. “Unprecedented” may be defined as any circumstance not specifically outlined in this document, while also not being foreseen in any other possible document.

III.) The Fluidity Accords shall be Enacted whenever any political office in La Paz de Los Ricos is vacated due to a malicious, harmful, or otherwise negatively compromising circumstance, which threatens the Nation, the State, or the Person.

III - I.) In this case, “malicious, harmful, or otherwise negatively compromising circumstance” may be defined as any situations which was spawned through the intent to somehow harm of cripple the Nation, the State, or the Person by the vacator, or as any situations in which the vacator is taken out of office against their will, illegally, by any force that wishes to harm or cripple the Nation, the State, or the Person.

III - II.) Recognizing the obvious issues such a vacation might entail, Chapter One Article Three may also include definitions not listed by the State Angle but that may be amended by the National Angle. As such, actions concerning Chapter One Article Three shall be relegated to the behest of the National Angle, which secures jurisdiction over the Iron Militia, and the Civil Angle, which secures jurisdiction over the Iron Corps.

Chapter 2 - Actions:

I.) If the circumstances of vacation are in accordance with the natural transition of power in La Paz de Los Ricos, as detailed by Chapter One Article I’s definitions, then Chapter Two Article I is defined as the natural succession to power by another individual.

I - I.)An office, while during the process of natural transition, shall be relegated a period of thirty-one days to be filled, or however long it takes for the Civil Angle and the public to elect the office’s successor, whichever may be longer.

I - II.) During whatever interim period should exist during this time, the office shall be held by an impartial, State-Angle-approved official, in order to prevent difficult transitions in leadership from crippling the office in question.

II.) If the circumstances of vacation are in accordance with an unusual, yet not malicious, transition of power in La Paz de Los Ricos, as detailed by Chapter One Article II’s definitions, then Chapter Two Article II is defined as the abnormal succession to power by another individual.

II - I.)An office, after a suitable period of time and a reasonable assurance the vacator shall not return, and while during the process of abnormal transition, shall be relegated a period of thirty-one days to be filled, or however long it takes for the Civil Angle and the public to elect the office’s successor, whichever may be longer.

II - II.) During whatever interim period should exist during this time, the office shall be held by an impartial, State-Angle-approved official, in order to prevent difficult transitions in leadership from crippling the office in question, equivalent to how Chapter Two Article I-II’s.

III.) If the circumstances of vacation are in accordance with a malicious vacation or seize of power in La Paz de Los Ricos, as detailed by Chapter One Article III’s definitions, then Chapter Two Article II is defined as the emergency succession to power by another individual.

III - I.)An office, after a suitable period of time and a reasonable assurance the vacator shall not return, and while during the process of emergency transition, shall be immediately delegated to the appropriate, impartial, State-Angle-approved official, for a period of thirty-one days, or until whatever threat vacated or assumed the office has been appropriately handled.

III - II.) Following the allotted period in which the approved official holds office, standard elections shall resume for that vacated office, in accordance with Chapter Two Article II’s abnormal transition mandates.
