Councillors of the Presidential Committee (WIP)
The Illiryjan Presidential Committee holds executive and legislative power. They are the upper house of the Illiryjan legislature. There are 7 members on the Illiryjan Presidential Committee. 4 are appointed from each Illiryjan subdivision's legislative assemblies: Albania, Bosnia, Crna Gora, and Herzegovina. The remaining three are appointed by the Federal Assembly. They all serve 8 year terms, staggered, before reelection. Among the Committee, the Head Councillor is elected and serves a 4 year term. The Head Councillor serves as the Head of State and Government. In addition, each Councillor serves a specific role in the Illiryjan government. These roles are filled through a consensus within the Committee. The Second Councillor fulfills all duties pertaining to the economy, trade, and labor. The Third Councillor fulfills all duties pertaining to foreign relations roles. The Fourth Councillor fulfills all duties pertaining to science, energy, the environment, and transportation. The Fifth Councillor fulfills all duties pertaining to culture, media, and education. The Sixth Councillor fulfills all duties pertaining to national security, the military, and intelligence.
