The Treepublic of Hyperecofriendly Inhumanity is a massive, orderly nation, notable for its deadly medical pandemics, feral children, and frequent executions. The compassionate, hard-working, cynical population of 2.474 billion Hippies are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The relatively small, corrupt government prioritizes Environment, although Industry, Administration, and Welfare are also considered important, while Defense and Law & Order aren't funded at all. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Tree City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 28.3%.

The frighteningly efficient Hippie economy, worth 146 trillion twigs a year, is driven almost entirely by government activity. The industrial sector is mostly comprised of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 59,396 twigs, but there is a large disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 226,631 per year while the poor average 10,769, a ratio of 21.0 to 1.

The nation's wilderness is only teenage wasteland, street gangs rule most of the nation's major cities, the most common psychiatric diagnosis is to 'stop whining and grow up', and new treatments are rejected if they cannot be explained using only one-syllable words. Crime, especially youth-related, is all-pervasive, probably because of the absence of a police force. Hyperecofriendly Inhumanity's national animal is the dodo, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Nature Worship.

Hyperecofriendly Inhumanity is ranked 298,091st in the world and 8,399th in the Rejected Realms for Largest Retail Industry, scoring -21.19 on the Shrinkwrap Consignment Productivity Index.
