(OOC) Retcon: federation to unitary state (January 2017)

When this nation was created in 2012, it was called a "Federation" (later changed to "United Federation" once custom nation classifications were available) as an homage to Star Trek. It was also a presidential republic. The idea was that 39 vague, separate states joined together in 1907. Later, I retconned Hatsunia into being more like Japan, with it being founded in ancient times, and having a parliamentary constitutional monarchy (except it's federal). However, I have recently realized that federal systems tend to make more sense for countries with larger mainland territories or multiple major ethnic groups/cultural identities, so Hatsunia was unlikely to federalize. Thus, Hatsunia has been retroactively changed into a unitary parliamentary constitutional monarchy.
